4、 _ 年解密后适用本授权书。 2、 不保密 0。 (请在以上相应方框内打 V ） 日期年从月 /日 日期年 月 W日 摘要 城市综合体作为城市与经济共同发展所产生的结果，体现的是建筑与城市有 机结合的理念。近年来我国城市经济社会的发展给城市综合体提供了优质的发展 土壤，城市综合体的开发模式也发生变化， 规模也随之增大。 HOPSCA模式综合体 给我们描绘出居住、办公、商务、出行、购物、文化娱乐、社交、游憩等功能的 有机聚合，给建筑本身和城市带来巨大的能量。然而我国综合体建设还处于初级 阶段，同时外部空间设计也存在欠缺，主要表现在重视内部功能，而对外部空间 环境设计的忽视。如空间尺度欠缺考究，外

5、部环境在人性化的考虑不够，对人的 视觉心理、功能导视、老人儿童心理健康考虑的缺失等。因此，探索出适合我国 HOPSCA模式综合体外部空间环境的设计手法，对 HOPSCA模式城市综合体其实现 价值和健康的发展显得尤为重要。 本论文在通过观察分析国内外成功 HOPSCA模式综合体，在城市规划学，建 筑学以及心理学等相关理论基础上，对现在外部空间环境的塑造问题进行了详细 研究，总结综合探索出外部空间环境塑造的策略。全文结构如下： 第一章绪论部分。描述了 HOPSCA模式综合体外部空间环境设计的研究背景以 及研究内容，并引出对 HOPSCA模式综合体外部空间研究的目的与意义，综合整体 绘出文本研究框架

6、。第二章对 HOPSCA模式综合体的发展进行了阐述，并分别分析 了常规综合体模式特点， HOPSCA模式综合体功能特点，以及 HOPSCA综合 体模式 的整体特征，为其后外部空间环境提供了内容概要与分析背景。第三章对 HOPSCA 模式综合体外部空间环境的构成做了详细探讨，介绍 HOPSCA模式综合体外部空间 环境界限与内涵，再分析外部空间环境的要素构成与特点，最后阐述外部空间的 功能作用。第四章从行为心理学角度分析 HOPSCA模式综合体外部空间环境内个体 的行为与心理。首先通过借鉴与分析行为与环境理论，探讨个体行为目的与动机； 其次具体通过观察 HOPSCA模式综合体空间中具体人群行为，分

7、析其特点与原因； 得出外部空间中行为对环境的影响与作用；最后通过行为心理综合分析出外部空 间环境设计的指导原则。第五章综合前面几章的分析结果总结出基于环境心理学 的HOPSCA模式综合体外部空间环境的设计策略；分别从整体布局、环境要素设计、 环境人性化设计、环境文化地域特质四个方面探讨出具体设计策略。最后综合得 出合理的 HOPSCA外部空间环境设计结论。 关键词 “ HOPSCA模式综合体；外部空间环境形态；环境心理 Abstract Urban complex as the result which is common developed by urban and economy, emb

Complex construction in China, however, is still in the primary stage, in the external space environment design, or even only to emphasize complete internal f

Such as the lack of spatial scales and elegant, the external environment is not enough to consider the humane, visual psychological function guides, elderly mental health of children considered missing. Explore suitable the country HOPSCA mo

11、de design techniques for complex external space environment, it is particularly important to its value and the healthy development of urban complex of HOPSCA mode. This thesis by observing and analyzing the domestic and international success the HOPSCA mode complexes were studied in detail, based on

12、 the theory of urban design, architecture and psychology, shaping the external space environment. Explore the external shape of the space environment for each part of the study summarizes comprehensive strategy. The full text of the structure as follows: Chapter introduction part.
