1、沈阳建筑大学 硕士学位论文 关于大学生心理危机干预有效途径的研究 姓名：张琳娜 申请学位级别：硕士 专业：思想政治教育 指导教师：毕岩 201203 摘要 大学生是一个特殊的社会群体，他们处在少年期向成年早期过渡的特殊心理发展 时期，是心理发展既趋向成熟，又存在着较多的不稳定因素的关键时期。当大学生不得 不独自面对如新环境适应、人际交往、恋爱矛盾、学习及就业压力、理想与现实冲突等 诸多现实问题时，会感到困惑、迷茫和无助，从而陷入心理危机中。大学生成长中出现 的心理危机是不可避免的，它在一定程度上促进了大学生的心理成长，使其认知更加完 善、心理更加成熟。但是如果长期处于这种心理危机中而得不到有效

2、的干预，就会阻碍 大学生的心理发展，使其心理发生扭曲并影响行为方式，甚至做出过激的行为伤害自己 和他人。注重大学生心理的健康发展是新时期大学生思想政治教育工作的重点，帮助大 学生形成正确的人生观、价值观、世界观是新时期大学生思想政治教育工作的关键。所 以针对大学生心理危机干预途径的研究是客观现实的需要，是大学生思想政治教育工作 研究的重点领域。 本文首先从背景、意义及国内 外研究现状三方面阐述了本课题研究的理论基础， 其次在调查研究的基础上，根据大学生心理危机的特点对大学生群体进行六大分类：新 生群体、独生子女群体、恋爱生群体、贫困生群体、毕业生群体、存在严重心理问题群 体。本文从六类群体的心

3、理危机现状和特点出发，对大学生心理危机的成因进行了深入 研究，进而提出了大学生心理危机干预的有效途径，包括对危机干预系统和社会支持系 统的完善，六类不同群体的不同干预模式的提出，个体自我干预能力提高的建议。通过 研究拓宽了我国大学生心理危机干预途径，使新时期大学生思想政治教存工作视野更加 开阔、效果更加明显，并以此来促进大学生心理完善发展，使其人格更加健全、心理及 行为更加成熟、人生观和价值观更加正确。 大学生是国家的未来，是推动社会进步的重要力量，他们的心理健康发展不仅关 系着他们能否成长为一名合格的社会主义接班人，也关系着他们能否将自己的所学运用 到建设中国特色社会主义和谐社会的工作中去。

4、大学生的心理健康教育是当前高校思想 政治教育亟待解决的问题，是高校思想政治教疗工作中重要的内容。因此关于大学生心 理危机干预有效途径的研究对于我们加强改进大学生思想政治教育工作具有较卨的理 论和现实意 义。 关键词：大学生；心理危机；群体；危机干预 IT 摘要 硕卜研究亇学位论文 III 1 Abstract The university student is 迁 special social group， in the crucial transition phase from teenager to adult. What more, if university students stuck in this crisis stage with no intervention, their mental would happen to distort to affect oth

7、er actions. As a result, they will hurt themselves and other people. It is important to enhance healthy psychological development during the new stage in ideological and political education for university students. Help students form correct outlook on life values world view is the key of iddologica

8、l and political education of college studengts.Therefore, it is the needs of objective facts and major fields of ideological and political education to research on methods of psychological crisis intervention. First,this paper desctibed the theoretical basis of this resertch from three areas:the bac

21、要适应新的环境、新的 群体。同时，还要为未来的发展进行规划。在巨大的精神压力下，一些心理相对脆弱的 学生难免会陷入心理危机，出现种种过激行为。 2004年的 马加爵事件 震惊全国，而 此后大学生各类攻击性与自毁性行为频频见诸报端。 2008年是大学生自杀事件高发年， 仅教育部直属高校就发生 63起大学生自杀事件，分布于 13个省 38所高校，达到历史顶 峰。中国大学生心理健康教育专业委员会委员昌兵指出， 2009年的普杳结果显示，中国 大学生中抑郁症的发病率在 2. 3%左右， 2010年该比率上升至近 3%。有关数据显示，包 括抑郁症在内的精神疾病在中国高校中已成为大学生綴学的主要原因，因这

22、种原因休学、 退学的人数分别占 总因病休学、退学人数的 37.9%和 64.4%。面对大学生越来越凸显的心 理危机，本课题从当前大学生心理危机的特点和表现出发，以心理危机干预的理论为基 础，将大学生分为贫困生群体、独生子女群体、新生群体、恋爱生群体、毕业生群体及 存在严重心理问题的群体，针对这六类群体探讨危机干预的有效途径，以达到降低危机 发生率、遏制危机发生的目的，并帮助大学生树立正确的人生观、价值观、世界观，保 持良好的健康心态，成为对社会有用的合格人才。 1.1.2课题研究的意义 1.1.2.1理论意义 我国自 20世纪 90年代开始研究心理危机干预理论，在此领域已经有了长足的发展， 针对大学生心理危机干预途径的研究也在不断地成熟。但是研究大多停留在了单纯研究 危机干预途径或者单纯针对特定群体进行研究，缺乏对大学生做一个整体分析，对于如 何针对不同特征群体进行分门别类的干预，尚缺乏一定深度的研究。因此，本研究的理 论意义就在于：在对大学生心理危机形成因素进行调奄分析的基础之上，将大学生这个 庞大的群体分为六类具有鲜明特征的群体，根据其心理危机不同的表现形式采取不同的 干预途径。这将促进和完善我国大学生心理危机干 预理论体系的建立，并且促进大学生 心理学、心理卫生学等学科的发展与完善，也将对大学生思想政治教存理论的不断发展 提供有价值的参考。
