2、方式,是教师在教学活动的过程中,对教学中的相关问题进行主动地分析、探讨和研究,从而提高教师对教学的认识,实现教师专业发展。思想政治课作为一门德育课程,被时代赋予了更高的要求,思想政治课教师实现自身专业发展不仅是对自身教师职业的追求,更是时代赋予的责任。教学反思对思想政治课教师有着重要的意义,一方面,教学反思有助于促进思想政治课教师实现教师专业发展,另一方面,教学反思有助于思想政治课教师实现职业追求和价值。全文共分为五个部分。首先,第一部分主要阐述了问题的提出,明确了研究意义和依据,并分析了有关教学反思的国内外研究现状,在此基础上确立了本文的立足点,并且梳理了研究思路和选定了研究方法。其次,在第

3、一部分的基础上,界定出教学反思的内涵以及分析了思想政治课教师教学反思的特点和内容,充分说明教学反思对思想政治课教师专业发展有着重要的意义。第三部分,通过叙事研究的方法,对思想政治课教师教学生活中的教学反思故事进行研究,分析了在教师专业成长的不同阶段,教学反思对教师成长有着重要的意义。因此,本文在经过调查之后确立了三位乌鲁木齐市某中学思想政治课教师作为研究对象,分别选取了一位初任教师、一位成熟教师和一位专家型教师,在搜集了三位教师有关教学反思的大量材料的基础上,从分析教学反思促进初任教师专业成长、成熟教师向专家型教师发展入手,对三类教师教学反思的故事进行观察及解读,并从中吸取优秀的教学反思经验。

4、通过前三章的分析研究得出了思想政治课教师进行教学反思;第一,要具备教学反思的意识,形成教学反思的自觉性;第二,要明确教学反思要反思什么,进行多视角的教学反思;第三,要学会综合运用多种教学反思的方法,才能使教学反思发挥应有的价值;第五部分作为结语,笔者认为思想政治课教师的教学反思必须落实到实践当中,让教学反思帮助教师在教学过程中发挥出事半功倍的效果。思想政治课教师实现专业发展离不开教学反思,必须将教学反思作为自己教学活动中必要的途径和方法。关键词:思想政治课教师;教学反思;叙事研究IIIAbstractReflectiveteachingisanimportantwayforteacherspr

8、and politicalteacher professional development of the teacher, on the other hand, reflectiveteaching is helpful to the thought political lesson teacher occupation and the pursuitofvaluerealization.The full text is divided into five parts. First of all, the first part mainlydescribes the problem, and

9、clarified the research significance and basis, and analysesthe current situation about teaching reflection at home and abroad, on this basis toestablish the starting point in this paper, and summarizes the research ideas andselected research methods. Secondly, on the basis of the first part defines

10、theconnotation of teaching reflection and analyses the characteristics and contents ofteaching reflection of teachers of Ideological and political course, fully shows thatthe reflective teaching has an important significance for the professionaldevelopment of teachers of Ideological and political co

The third part, throughthe narrative research method, to study the story of life teaching of Ideological andpolitical teachers in teaching reflection, analysis of different stages in Teachersprofessional growth, teaching reflection is of important significance to the growth ofteachers. Therefo

12、re, in this paper through the investigation after establishing a threeUrumqi city middle school thought political lesson teacher as the research object,respectively,selectedanoviceteachers,amatureteacherandanexpertteacher,inthebase of a large number of materials collected three teachers about teachi
