2、ent goals, and formulate the annual total business plan and execution plan (including the decomposition of the target). 2、 帮助总经理督促公司各部门拟定工作方案(根据分解的目标)及执行政策。 Assist the general manager to urge all departments of the company to draw up a work plan (according to the target of decomposition) and impleme

3、ntation policy. 3、 帮助总经理拟定及修正本公司的组织机构,并参加人员配置及任用资格的制定。 Assist the general manager to formulate and amend the organization of the company, and participate in the formulation of staffing and appointment qualifications. 4、 参加对部门经理及经理级以下的人员的任用。 Participate in the appointment of department managers and p

4、ersonnel below the manager level. 5、 参加人力资源进展方案及考核、晋升、加薪等政策地制定。 Participate in the formulation of human resources development plans and policies such as assessment, promotion, and salary increase 6、 帮助总经理督导、指挥及支援各部门经理及其部属完成工作目标。 Assist the general manager to supervise, direct and support the various

5、 department managers and their subordinates to accomplish their work objectives 7、 帮助或代表总经理召开协调会议,仲裁及防止各部门间的冲突。 Assist or represent the general manager to hold coordination meetings, arbitrate and prevent conflicts between departments. 8、 帮助或代表总经理亲临现场处理公司紧急大事。 Assist or represent the general manager

6、 to the company to handle the companys emergency. 9、 参加评估各部门的工作成效,并检查及修订各部门工作目标。 Participate in assessing the effectiveness of each departments work, and review and revise the work objectives of each department. 10、 参加评估各部门经理的工作表现,检查及修正各经理及其所属人员的委任。 Participate in the assessment of the performance o

7、f each department manager, check and correct the appointment of managers and their affiliates. 11、 其他由总经理指定的工作及自行进展的新工作。 Other work designated by the general manager and new work developed by the self. 12、 负责与法国母公司的技术沟通与转换工作。 Responsible for technical exchange and conversion work with the French par

8、ent company. 13、 负责帮助总经理改善与协调内部质量及环境管理体系的有效运行及员工质量与环保意识的提升。 Responsible for assisting the general manager to improve and coordinate the effective operation of the internal quality and environmental management system and the improvement of employee quality and environmental awareness. 14、 帮助总经理制订环境方针

9、,确保环境目标、指标和管理方案的制订; Assist the general manager in formulating an environmental policy to ensure the development of environmental objectives, indicators and management plans 15、 帮助总经理主持质量与环境的管理评审工作. Assist the general manager to preside over the management review of quality and environment. 任用资格 Qual

10、ifications 1、 高校本科以上学历,企业管理或机械行业相关专业,有10年以上相关工作阅历; Bachelor degree or above, major in business management or machinery industry, with more than 10 years relevant work experience; 2、 工作乐观主动、仔细负责、擅长沟通;为人诚恳守信,有良好的职业道德; Work proactively, conscientiously and with chariness and responsibility, be good at

11、communication; be honest and trustworthy, have good professional ethics 3、 熟识汽车行业、英语流利、有良好的团队合作精神和团队管理阅历。 Familiar with the automotive industry, proficient in English, good teamwork and team management experience 营运副总 Deputy General Manager(operation) 职责范围 Terms of Reference 1、 帮助总经理制定公司的质量/生产/工艺/设备
