3、介绍环境问题产生的原因与背景、环境法的研究对象和研究内容等内容；在环境法总论部 分，主要介绍环境法的定义与特征、环境法的主体及权利义务、环境法的基本原则与基本制 度等内容；而在环境法分论部分，主要介绍污染防治法、生态保护法、国际环境法和环境法 律责任等内容。通过本课程的学习，要求学生能从法律的角度认识环境问题的产生原因和解决的方式，了解 不同主体的环境权利义务关系和主要环境法律制度、国际环境法的相关内容，能对不同类型 的环境法律责任有所认识，并比较与相关类型法律责任之间的同异之处。Content OverviewThis course is divided into three parts:

4、the basic theory of environmental law, the basic system of environmental law and the environmental law. In the basic theory part, it mainly introduces the cause and background of the environmental problem, the research object and the research content of the environmental law. In the general part of

5、the environmental law, it mainly introduces the definition and characteristics of environmental law, the subject and rights and obligations of environmental law, The basic principles of the law and the basic system and so on; and in the environmental law on the part of the introduction of pollution

6、control law, ecological protection law, international environmental law and environmental liability and so on.Through the study of this course, students are required to understand the causes of environmental problems and their solutions from a legal point of view, understand the environmental rights and obligations of different subjects and the main environmental legal system, the relevant content of international environmental law, to different types of Environmental legal responsibility, and to compare the similarities and differences with the relevant types of legal liability.
