14、生 之 前 已 经 发 生 的 动 作 或 情 况，即 过 去 的 过 去。1）在 很 多 情 况 下 没 有 明 显 的 时 间 状 语，时 间 由 上 下 文 表 示 出 来，这 时 过 去 完 成 时 表 示 的 动 作 在 另 一 过 去 的 动 作 之 前 发 生，也 就 是 过 去 的 过 去，用 过 去 完 成 时。eg.They fulfilled the plan earlier than they had expected.他 们 比 所 预 料 的 时 间 提 早 完 成 计 划.fulfill fulfil实 现；满 足；使 结 束 eg.With their help

15、,I realized that I had been wrong.在 他 们 的 帮 助 下,我 才 意 识 到 我 错 了.2）在 包 含 when,as soon as,after,until,before等 连 词 的 复 合 句 中，如 果 主 句 句 谓 语 和 从 句 谓 语 表 示 的 过 去 动 作 是 在 有 不 同 时 间 发 生 的，那 么 先 发 生 的 动 作 通 常 用 过 去 完 成 时。eg.When I woke up it had already stopped raining.当 我 醒 来 时 雨 已 经 停 了.eg.I hadn,t had any
