1、机械与车辆学院电子工艺实习报告(2010-2011学年第一学期)实习题目:GWL-100 单片机学习开发板的制作姓名:李*学号:080402021036班级:08 交通 2 班指导老师:赵*实习时间:12 月 6 日12 月 12 日成绩:一:实习目的目前单片机上网技术是一个热门技术,很多高校学生选择与此相关的毕业设计,同时高校也有与此相关的项目。通过对一只正规产品GWL-100 单片机学习开发板的安装、焊接、调试、了解电子产品的装配全过程,训练动手能力,掌握元器件的识别,简易测试,及整机调试工艺,从而有助于我们对理论知识的理解,帮助我们学习专业的相关知识。培养理论联系实际的能力,提高分析解决

2、问题能力的同时也培养同学之间的团队合作、共同探讨、共同前进的精神。本周实习具体目的如下:1、学习并掌握 Protel 99 SE软件,在实操过程中能灵活使用该软件。2、熟悉手工焊锡的常用工具的使用及其维护与修理。3、基本掌握手工电烙铁的焊接技术,能够独立的完成简单电子产品的安装与焊接。熟悉电子产品的安装工艺的生产流程。4、熟悉常用电子器件的类别、型号、规格、性能及其使用范围。5、了解电子产品的焊接、调试与维修方法。二:实习内容和要求实习内容:1、对照原理图讲述整机工作原理;2、对照原理图看懂装配接线图;3、了解图上符号,并与实物对照;4、根据技术指标测试各元器件的主要参数;5、讲解焊接的操作方

10、99 SE软件,学习理解并绘制万用表电原理图,认真细致地安装焊接,排除安装焊接过程中出现的故障以在规定时间内完成正规GWL-100 单片机学习开发板的安装、焊接、调试及使用。1、了解 GWL-100 单片机学习开发板特点和发展趋势。2、熟悉万用表装配技术的基本工艺过程。3、认识液晶显示器件。4、根据技术指标测试数字万用表的主要参数。5、安装制作 GWL-100 单片机学习开发板。三:实习设备及材料(1)电烙铁:由于焊接的元件多,所以使用的是外热式电烙铁,功率为30 w,烙铁头是铜制。(2)吸锡工具,镊子,螺丝批等必备工具。(3)锡丝:由于锡它的熔点低,焊接时,焊锡能迅速散步在金属表面焊接牢固,

27、0Q3四:设计原理分析GWL-100 是一款具有编程、设计、调试、ISP下载等功能的单片机学习系统,可以支持 ATMEL 89S 系列、89C 系列等以 51为内核的单片机编程和实验。GWL-100全面适应和满足初学者的需求,可以使初学者在最短的时间里掌握单片机的基本编程、设计、调试等开发技术。同时也是工程开发技术人员开发产品和项目的好帮手,是一款功能强、扩展方便的学习单片机应用技术和调试开发的好工具。系统功能特点GWL-100 学习板上集成了丰富的实验硬件资源和常用的接口电路:LED、数码管、字符显示、汉字及图像显示接口、键盘接口、串口通讯、串行FLASHI2C 读写、蜂鸣器、继电器、温度传

49、接的主要工具之一,焊接收音机应选用30W-35W 电烙铁。新烙铁使用前应用锉刀把烙铁头两边修改成如(图1-1)所示形状。并将烙铁头部倒角磨光,以防焊接时毛刺将印刷电路板焊盘损坏。如采用长命烙铁头(图1-2)则无须加工。烙铁头上沾附一层光亮的锡,烙铁就可以使用了2、烙铁温度和焊接时间要适当焊接时应让烙铁头加热到温度高于焊锡溶点,并掌握正确的焊接时间。一般不超过 3 秒钟。时间过长会使印刷电路板铜铂跷起,损坏电路板及电子元器件。3、焊接方法一般采用直径 1.0-1.2mm 的焊锡丝。焊接时左手拿锡丝,右后拿烙铁。在烙铁接触焊点的同时送上焊锡丝,焊锡的量要适量。太多易引起搭焊短路,太少元件又不牢固。

50、焊接时不可将烙铁头在焊点上来回移动或用力下压,要想焊得快,应加大烙铁和焊点的接触面。增大传热面积焊接也快。特别注意的是温度过低烙铁与焊接点接触时间太短,热量供应不足,焊点锡面不光滑,结晶粗脆,象豆腐渣一样,那就不牢固,形成虚焊和假焊。反之焊锡易流散,使焊点锡量不足,也容易不牢,还可能出现烫坏电子元件及印刷电路板。总之焊锡量要适中,即将焊点零件脚全部浸没,其轮廓又隐约可见。焊点焊好后,拿开烙铁,焊锡还不会立即凝固,应稍停片刻等焊锡凝固,如未凝固前移动焊接件,焊锡会凝成砂状,造成附着不牢固而引起假焊。焊接结束后,首先检查一下有没有漏焊,搭焊及虚焊等现象。虚焊是比较难以发现的毛病。造成虚焊的因素很多
