13、和联邦政府的拨款，也因此受到各州州政府的监管，并遵守各州议会制定的有关教育的法律。私立学校基本上不受任何政府的监管，不过对学校政策有影响力的是家长和教师联合会PTA(Parent and Teacher Association)，以及较具有专业性质的一般坊间教育机构。 美国的618岁是属于中小学义务教育的部分。教育大概分为四个阶段，分别是学前教育、小学、中学及高等教育。在高中毕业前是属于通才教育，到高等教育(学院、大学和研究所)才分职业教育和一般教育。美国学制没有学力测验、大学联考，学生凭着在校成绩及SAT/ACT分数，自行申请大学入学。,.学习策略形成,如何更高效地听说 1调动学习英语的积极
