2、e: 17 if ADO, set to 16 Two sensors for DZ signalM1-3-1-6DZ-TYP: 1The distance of two sensors is about 60mm,and the length of vane is 250mm,LCBII Parameters Setting,LSVF_W: DS Codes,The AMCB2 sent the DS (drive status) code to LCBII , the signals for LSVF-W are coded as described below:,LSVF_W：V cod

3、es,LCBII sent the V codes to AMCB2, which decide to run mode of drive. The signals described is followed:,SIEI Drive,Drive and Motor data setting,Take the 13VTR(14kw) machine as example. After the power on, double check the Drive data and motor data:TARTUP/Startup config/Setup mode/Drive data and Mo

4、tor data Usually set the Spd ref/fbk res to 0.125rpm。,Mechanical and Encoder data setting,the mechanical data decide the speed of elevator. The elevator use 1024 ppr,812Vdc encode, so set the Encoders config according to the chart After finishing the setting, you must save ( Save config),Motor Autot

7、 finished the autotune, press the Enter key to save the autotune parameters,AMCB2 interface board,The function is similar to MCB of MCS220M controller It is a interface board between LCBII and SIEI drive. It receive the common form LCBII, then out put the speed curve to drive Before the normal run,

8、the hoistway Self-study must have been done,AMCB2,AMCB2 have 5 keys located below the display:,enter :back :shift P and F menu :add the parameters value :reduce the parameters value Enter：enter the F menu; conform the modification,Keys of AMCB2,Terminals of AMCB2,Before the hoistway Self-study, you

9、must conform the following items： Finished the motor autotune, conform all connect wire use for autotune have removed the short wiring Parameters of drive and AMCB2 have finished setting the elevator can run in inspection mode Enter to the F menu of amcb2, and set the F24 to 0. the parameter only al

10、low the elevator to inspection and learn run,Hoistway Self-study,Hoistway Self-study,switch the ERO to normal, set the parameter F0 of AMCB2 to 0, then press the Enter key to start The car run down to bottom floor with low speed, then run up till the top floor to finish the hoistway Self-study After hoistway self-study, the parameter F24 of AMCB2 will set to 1 automatically You can get the self-study parameter form AMCB2:P1P32: floor distanceP34P35:1LS and 2LS distanceP36: length of vaneP37:the distance of two sensors,Any question,
