All rights reserved.装机装柜型变频装机装柜型变频/ /逆变器的维修特点逆变器的维修特点l 装机装柜型变频/逆变器在6SE70系列的产品中最具有维修的典型性。主要是它的各种部件的结构特征明显，一些在书本型系统中集中于PEU板上的功率部分结构，在装机装柜型中凸显了它在系统中典型的结构形态，从维修角度来讲，通过对它的维修可以对变频/逆变器的结构有

All rights reserved.ABO模块的功能及维修要点模块的功能及维修要点l ABO模块插装于IVI模块上，插接形式类似于计算机的内存条，这个子模块的主要功能是装有各种实际值传感器的取样电阻或负载电阻。系统功率规格不同或相应的实际值传感器不同时，此模块就会不同。因此不可以随意调换，更换前必须仔细核对定货号。l ABO的插装结构有时会在经过运输等过程后跳松，或者在安装其它部件时，无意中将它碰松，这样在通电运

All rights reserved.IGD模块的功能及结构特点模块的功能及结构特点lIGD模块是连接IGBT功率元件的栅极驱动电路板。由于IGBT元件的控制特点，IGD模块与IGBT功率元件之间的连接必须在空间

8、结构上尽可能地紧密，因此不同功率等级的变频器系统，由于它们的IGBT安装布局差异较大，从而导致IGD模块的形状也有很大差异。lIGD模块的栅极驱动特性是与相对应型号的IGBT电特性直接有关的。所以，即便是相同结构尺寸、相同功率，但是硬件版本形态不同的系统，它们的IGD模块也不一定能够互相替换。必须在替换前严格核对IGD模块上的定货号与硬件版本号。lIGD模块负有双向信号的传递任务。它一方面将IGBT的栅极驱动信号传送到IGBT元件；另一方面将IGBT元件上的Vce监控等信号交换到控制主板上去。lIGD模块的上一级控制模块是IVI模块。它们之间的信号传送方式有两类：E、F尺寸结构采用扁平电缆，而

9、G以上尺寸采用的是光纤方式。lIGD与IVI上的光纤信号元件是有寿命期的，其中绝大多数的元件具有相当长的稳定期。但必须注意仍有一定比率的这种元件会提前进入老化期，其直接的结果是导致相应光路上的信号发送强度下降，这会导致IGBT栅极驱动信号不稳定，设备使用到一定期限时，需考虑这个问题。lIGD是逆变器部分的主要组成部件，因其紧靠IGBT，IGBT损坏时有时会将它也损坏。Siemens Training Center for Automation and DrivesDate:2022-7-6File:Repare_Chassis.12D2104 6SE70系列变频器的维修Siemens AG 2

All rights reserved.IGD模块的拆卸模块的拆卸更换更换IGDIGD （IGD：IGBT 触发板）规格为E 和F IGD 板直接安装在IGBT 模块上。取出电容器组对于规格E，拆卸带IVI 板的电子箱标志输出线U2/T1，V2/T2 和W2/T3 并拆开。在松开12 个M6 螺钉以后，拆下变流器的汇流排模块。拉出插头X295松开固定螺钉并抽出IGD 板。规格为G IGD 板直接装在IGBT 模块上。. 取出电容器组. 拆卸SML 和SMU 模块。. 拆卸变流器汇流排模块。. 拆去光纤电缆或插头X295。. 拉出插头X2

All rights reserved.缓冲电路缓冲电路SMUSMU与与SMLSML模块模块l SMU与SML缓冲电路相对而言结构简单，它是IGBT的吸收回路,每个桥臂的每个IGBT元件均

13、有一块。l 缓冲电路SMU与SML模块用以控制关断浪涌电压和续流二极管，恢复浪涌电压，有时也被设计用于减少IGBT的开关损耗。采用缓冲电路很大程度上取决于功率电路的结构布局，并且和IGBT的工作开关频率也有关系。它需要控制IGBT上的瞬态电压。l SMU与SML缓冲电路被设计成适应于大电流应用的电路中，快恢复二极管可以钳位瞬变电压防止缓冲电路的电容与母线寄生电感作用而产生振荡，在极大功率的IGBT有时也使用阻容二极管（RCD）来抑制主缓冲电路的寄生振荡。 l SMU与SML缓冲电路分别适用于IGBT的上、下桥臂，二者结构不同不可互换。l 若系统运行中，谐波成分较大时，也会导致它们的损坏。Sie
