1、20112011 学科专业目录学科专业目录11学科目录学科目录适用于学士、硕士、博士的学位授予与人才培养，并用于学科建设和教育统计分类等工作，在人才培养和学科建设中发挥着指导作用和规范功能。学科目录分为学科门类、一级学科(本科教育中称为“专业类”)和二级学科(本科专业目录中称为“专业”)三级。学科门类和一级学科是国家进行学位授权审核与学科管理、学位授予单位开展学位授予与人才培养工作的基本依据，二级学科是学位授予单位实施人才培养的参考依据。学科门类是对具有一定关联学科的归类，其设置应符合学科发展和人才培养的需要，并兼顾教育统计分类的惯例。一级学科是具有共同理论基础或研究领域相对一致的学科集合，原

2、则上按学科属性进行设置。二级学科是组成一级学科的基本单元。我国先后施行过四份学科专业目录。第一份是 1983 年 3 月国务院学位委员会第四次会议决定公布、试行的高等学校和科研机构授予博士和硕士学位的学科专业目录(试行草案)。第二份是 1990 年 10 月国务院学位委员会第九次会议正式批准的授予博士、硕士学位和培养研究生的学科、专业目录(简称专业目录)。第三份是 1997 年国务院学位委员会、国家教育委员会联合发布的授予博士、硕士学位和培养研究生的学科、专业目录(1997 年颁布)。第四份是 2011 年2 月国务院学位委员会第二十八次会议审议批准的学位授予和人才培养学科目录(2011 年)

3、。一、根据国务院学位委员会、教育部印发的学位授予和人才培养学科目录设置与管理办法(学位200910 号)的规定，学位授予和人才培养学科目录分为学科门类和一级学科，是国家进行学位授权审核与学科管理、学位授予单位开展学位授予与人才培养工作的基本依据，适用于硕士、博士的学位授予、招生和培养，并用于学科建设和教育统计分类等工作。学士学位按本目录的学科门类授予。二、本目录是在原授予博士、硕士学位和培养研究生的学科、专业目录(1997 年颁布)和普通高等学校本科专业目录(1998 年颁布)的基础上，经过专家反复论证后编制。三、本目录中注明可授不同学科门类学位的一级学科，可分属不同学科门类，此类一级学科授予
