1、附件附件 Appendix 2 中英国际学院奖学金评定办法（试行）中英国际学院奖学金评定办法（试行）Regulation on the Evaluation of Scholarships atThe Sino-British College, USST(Provisional)为激励学生勤奋学习，奋发向上，鼓励学生各具特长，促进德、智、体、美等各方面全面发展，注重学生的思想、业务、文化和身心等综合素质的提高，根据“上海理工大学本科生奖学金管理办法”的基本要求，结合我院具体情况，特制定本办法。In accordance with the requirements of The Administ

2、rative Measures for Undergraduate Scholarships at the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, this regulation is formulated based on the actual situation at the Sino-British College (referred to as SBC hereafter) to promote learning motivation among students and encourage all-around perso

3、nal development morally, intellectually, physically and esthetically.I. 评奖资格评奖资格 Candidateship1 在我院正式注册接受普通高等学历教育的本科学生；Undergraduate students who are fully registered at SBC for higher education;2 该学年各门课程均合格者；Students who have passed all the exams in the academic year;3 未受过任何纪律处分的学生。Students who hav

4、e not committed any disciplinary offences.II. 综合附加分综合附加分 Model Student Points对参评学生进行综合附加分评定是奖学金评选的重要内容。综合附加分主要针对学生学习态度、社会责任感、职业生涯规划以及各类讲座和活动的参与度等方面。具体评分细则见附件 6.The Model Student Points (MSP) Assessment is an important element of the scholarship evaluation procedures. Students will be assessed across

5、 different areas including their attitude to study, social responsibilities, CSD development performance and level of participation in lectures and activities at college. (See Appendix 6 for more details). III. 奖学金种类奖学金种类 Types of Scholarships1. 奖学金分学术奖学金和专项奖学金两种。Scholarships at SBC include Academic

6、 Scholarships and Social Scholarships.2. 学术奖学金包括：执行院长奖学金、学习优秀奖学金Academic Scholarships include the Principals Scholarship and Scholarship on Academic Excellence.3. 专项奖学金包括：社会工作奖学金、社会活动奖学金与商业实践奖学金。Social Scholarships include Scholarship on Social Works, Scholarship on Social Activities and Scholarship

9、ar. The prize of the Principals Scholarship for Quota students is RMB 5,000 and RMB 20,000 for Non-Quota students.a. 评选资格：学习优秀一等奖学金获得者Candidateship: winners of Level-1 Scholarship on Academic Excellenceb. 评选办法：获得学习优秀奖学金一等奖的同学可以向奖学金评定小组提交申请，由奖学金评定小组审核并决定执行院长奖学金获奖名单。Method of evaluation: winners of Le

10、vel-1 Scholarship on Academic Excellence can submit applications to the SBC Scholarship Evaluation Committee, which consists of representatives from both the academic side and the Department of Student Management. The Committee will then evaluate the applications and decide the namelist of winners.2

11、. 专项奖学金专项奖学金 Social Scholarships1) 社会工作奖学金 Scholarship on Social Works 参评对象：学生干部，即担任学生会主席团、部长、副部长及各班班长、团支书等主要学生干部的同学。Candidateship: student leaders, i.e., President and Vice Presidents of the Students Union, Heads and Deputy Heads of departments and societies, Class Monitors and Secretaries of the Y

12、outh League in classes.a. 社会工作优秀一等奖，奖金为 800。Level-1 Scholarship on Social Works (amount of prize: RMB 800).a) 各科综合成绩（各科原始成绩+综合附加分）不低于 50 分，综合附加分达到 8 分有资格参加评选。全院按参评人数的 1%进行评选；Total final score across each subject (original score of each subject +MSP) during the academic year must be 50 or more, and M

13、SP stand at 8 or above. This scholarship will be offered to the top 1% of the candidates.b) 热心为同学服务，积极参加社会公益劳动，工作成绩显著；Qualified candidates should be willing to provide services to students and actively take part in voluntary social works with outstanding achievements;c) 积极组织或参加全校或全院性的大型活动，成绩显著。Quali

14、fied candidates should have helped organise or actively participated in USST-level or SBC-level activities with outstanding achievements.b. 社会工作优秀二等奖，奖金为 500 元。Level-2 Scholarship on Social Works (amount of prize: RMB 500).a)各科综合成绩（各科原始成绩+综合附加分）不低于 40 分，综合附加分达到 6 分有资格参加评选。全院按参评人数的 3%进行评选；Total final

15、 score across each subject (original score of each subject +MSP) during the academic year must be 40 or more, and MSP stand at 6 or above. This scholarship will be offered to the top 3% of the candidates.b) 热心为同学服务，积极参加社会公益劳动，取得一定成绩；Qualified candidates should be willing to provide services to stude

16、nts and actively take part in voluntary social works with certain achievements;c) 积极组织或参加全校或全院性的大型活动，取得一定成绩；Qualified candidates should have helped organise or actively participated in USST-level or SBC-level activities with certain achievements;2) 社会活动奖 Scholarship on Social Activities参评对象：非学生干部学生，

17、即不担任学生会主席团、部长、副部长及各班班长、团支书等主要学生干部的同学Candidates: students at SBC except for student leaders (President and Vice Presidents of the Students Union, Heads and Deputy Heads of departments and societies, Class Monitors and Secretaries of the Youth League in classes).参评条件：积极参加或组织学校、学院各项活动或担任志愿者，并取得一定成绩；学习成

18、绩要求参照社会工作奖评选条件。Qualifications: Qualified candidates should have helped organise or actively participated in various activities at the University or SBC or acted as volunteers with certain achievements in this respect. Academic requirement and requirement for Moral Conduct Assessment for this scholar

19、ship are the same as the above Scholarship on Social Works. 奖金金额：社会活动一等奖，奖金为 800 元；社会活动二等奖，奖金为 500元。Amount of prizes: The amount of prizes for Level-1 Scholarship for Social Activities is RMB 800 and RMB 500 for the Level-2.3) 商业实践奖学金，奖金 1000 元。Amount of prize for the Scholarship on Business Practic

20、e is RMB 1,000.积极参加职业发展部组织的各种商业实习、实践活动，表现突出。Qualified candidates should have actively participated in various intern programmes and activities on business practice organised by the Department of Career Development with excellent performance.参评条件：各科综合成绩（各科原始成绩+综合附加分）不低于 40 分，综合附加分达到 6 分（其中职业发展课程及活动必须

21、得 2 分）有资格参加评选。全院按参评人数的 1%评选。Eligible candidates: The total final score across each subject (original score of each subject +MSP) during the academic year must be 40 or more, and MSP stand at 6 or above (CSD development performance gains 2 points). This scholarship will be offered to the top 1% of th

22、e candidates.V. 奖学金的评定办法及程序奖学金的评定办法及程序 Methods and Procedures for Scholarship Evaluation 1. 奖学金每学年评定一次，依据上学年的表现情况评定。The evaluation of scholarships is run annually based on the students performance in the last academic year.2. 具有参评资格的学生，须本人提出书面申请。Qualified candidates should submit written application

23、s to the Department of Student Management in person.3. 凡发现获得奖学金的个人有弄虚作假或欺骗行为，或在获奖后一学年内出现违纪等现象者，将取消其荣誉称号和以后各学年的评奖资格，收回证书，追回所发放的奖金，并按有关条例给予相应纪律处分。In case any fraud or cheating in the process of scholarship application is found with any scholarship winner, or any disciplinary offence is committed by an

24、y scholarship winner in the following academic year, the scholarship award will be withdrawn by SBC and the student will be disqualified for scholarship application in the following year. In addition, disciplinary measures will be taken according to relevant regulations.4. 各专项奖学金可以兼得（除有特殊规定外） ，专项奖学金

25、和学术奖学金也可以兼得，各学术奖学金不能兼得。Candidates are allowed to win more than one prize under the category of Social Scholarships at one time (except for special circumstances), or win both Social Scholarships and Academic Scholarships, however, candidates are only allowed to win one prize under the category of Ac

26、ademic Scholarships at one time.5. 计划内学生奖学金评定其他未尽事宜参照上海理工大学奖学金条例执行。The relevant USST regulations will be followed for the evaluation of scholarships for Quota students.VI. 奖学金颁发方式奖学金颁发方式 Issuance of Scholarships除院长奖学金以外的各类奖学金均以现金形式发放，执行校长奖学金直接抵扣下一年度学费。Scholarship prizes will be issued in cash except for the Principals Scholarship, which will be issued in the form of fee waiving for equivalent amount in the following academic year.VII. 本办法解释权在中英学院奖学金评定小组。本办法解释权在中英学院奖学金评定小组。The SBC Scholarship Evaluation Committee reserves the right of final interpretation of the regulation herein.
