And sales department could get more enquiries otherwise the market that sales department

However, not each marketing department could do all these daily job well to make sales department get benefit from marketing job at best.Some marketing staff thinks that their jobs are only those details jobs about the VI of their company.What is VI?VI is visual identity, whic

4、h could make others who read that can know that is from the company and remember the company in his head. Such as the logo of the company, the style of its all form document, like its fax file and other files in word, excel and so on.Yes. These detail jobs are important for one company. But the mark

5、eting department should not do only these.These are only the details, which could give others more impression.What is more important is the real marketing job.What marketing department should do more is that making its company well-know by all marketing ways. Such as making its own special website,

6、showing its company in B2B website and other related website, and attending in related fair. Website, B2B website and fair are the three important ones, which they should do firstly. During they do these jobs, they also need do the VI job, which should be shown in website, B2B website and fair.Among

7、 they are doing these three large parts daily job, they should search the information of competitors as more as possible. Then they will know better of how to do their own website, B2B website showing and fair.All these things seem very simple, while not all the companies and marketing departments c

8、ould do well enough.E.g. in some small company, the marketing department is just like housekeeper of its company. As among their daily job, they spend most of working time to do the VI job, such as company logo, form files (word, excel, signature and PPT), gift and meeting arrangement. But for the r

9、eal marketing job, they only spend time to do website, catalog and fair. How about the B2B, competitor information? Almost none maybe leave to sales department to finish it. Who is responsible for this problem?Is it the marketing department? Or is it the company director?If the marketing department

10、is not so busy with all those VI job, maybe they could do more marketing job which can he helpful for sales department.If the company director could arrange the jobs of staff well, maybe the marketing department could get more time for those marketing job.And the most important one is that the efficiency of all staff.If everybody could do his job well on time, everything will be well.Directors arrangementStaff qualityCompany culture (good cooperation and welfare).
