1、第一课时教学目标1.能够听、说、认读单词和短语fell, off, Labour Day, mule, Turpan, could, till。2.能够完成Lets try部分的听力练习。3.能够听懂、读懂Lets talk部分的对话,并能和同伴进行角色表演。4.能利用句型Where did you go over your holiday? What did you do?和同伴进行假期活动问答练习。教学重点1.掌握本课时的单词及部分动词过去式。2.能够听懂、读懂对话,并进行角色表演。教学难点掌握句型:Where did you go? What did you do? Did you+动词

2、原形?并运用这些句型询问假期活动。教学准备教师准备:1.与本课时相关的录音。2.与本课相关的动词短语卡片。3.一张新疆的风景照片。4.本课时的教学课件和教学挂图。5.本课时活动表格。学生准备:1.自己旅游的照片。2.白纸。教学方法1.角色表演教学法利用Lets talk 中的对话,学生分角色朗读对话。在训练学生口语的同时,提高学生对英语语境的理解,培养学生用英语思维去学习英语的能力。2.看图说话教学法教师利用图片展示我们学习过的动词或动词短语,同学根据本课时对话的内容,两人一组进行看图说话练习。教学过程Step 1: Warm-up1.教师热情地和学生打招呼问好,做简单的Free talk。如

3、:T: How was your weekend?S1: It was great.T: What did you do last weekend? S1: I watched TV and did my homework.T: Did you go to the park?S1: Yes, I did.2.教师播放本单元中的歌曲Tell me about your holiday。3.Main Scene(1)教师问:Do you like holidays? What do you usually do over your holiday?引导学生根据自己的情况回答。教师板书短语Labou

4、r Day holiday,给学生讲解意思。(2)教师展示本部分的挂图,说:Look. What did John do last Saturday?学生根据图画提示,回答教师问题。并引导学生学习短语ride a bike及其过去式短语rode a bike。Step 2: PresentationLets try1.看完John的假期活动图,教师出示John和Amy的头像,告诉学生:John answered a phone call from Amy. Listen and tick or cross.引导学生阅读本部分听力材料。2.教师初次播放录音,学生整体把握听力内容。3.学生读Let

5、s try部分的问题。教师再次播放录音,学生听录音并选择正确答案。Lets talk1.听完录音,教师引导学生再次观察主题挂图,问:John rode his bike last Saturday. But what happened?板书此句,强调happened的发音。学生可用汉语回答,然后教师板书短语fell off his bike, hurt his foot,并领读。2.教师出示一张新疆的风景照片,说:Look at this picture.This is a picture of Xinjiang.I went to Xinjiang two years ago. What d

6、o you know about Xinjiang?学生根据自己的实际情况回答。然后教师用大屏幕出示新疆的著名风景天山图片、人文风貌及特产的图片,教师可对图片进行简单的讲解,引领学生欣赏并了解新疆。3.教师引导学生观察Lets talk部分的图片,说:Here are some photos from Johns Labour Day holiday. Guess what John did over his holiday.学生猜测后,教师引导学生初读对话,核实自己的猜测是否正确。4.学生初读Lets talk部分的对话,回答教师提出的问题,如:What did John do over h

7、is holiday? Whats the horse like? Did he eat any grapes? Why?在核对答案时,教师讲解mule的意思,出示相关图片,帮助学生对比理解马和骡子的不同。对于句子“They wont be ready till August.”教师要进行讲解和指导。5.教师播放Lets talk 录音,学生听录音模仿语音语调。6.学生自由朗读对话,在小组内进行角色表演,教师对表演较好的学生进行奖励和表扬。选取每组中表演较好的同学上台表演,并评出最佳表演奖。Step 3: Practice1.Beep 游戏教师阅读本部分对话时,故意在读的过程中加入beep b

8、eep,学生要快速反应,说出缺少的单词或短语。然后由赢了的学生继续该游戏。2.教师出示能拼成重点句型的单词卡片,要求学生在最短的时间内组合成句。教师指导学生书写四会句子。3.完成全品学练考课后练29页第一题。Step 4: Extension1.Pair work教师提供练习的语言:Where did you go over the Labour Day holiday? What did you do? 学生根据实际情况进行问答练习,鼓励学生多使用已学的句子,如:A: Where did you go over your holiday?B: I went to Chengdu.A: Wha
