8、教材充分体现了新课标的教学理念。达到全面发展的新型素质教育观, 新教材突出了功能和结构的有机结合理新教材非常注重话题,每个单元都围绕一 个具体的话题展开,突出了话题结构、功能、实际运用三个方面的结合。让每个 话题贴近学生生活实际,更便于学生灵活运用。2、倡导教学,强调课堂上师生互动。本教材共12单元,按要求,第一阶段为1-6单元,第二阶段为7-12单元。 课本增加了读写训练的比重,以便于听说读写的全面训练。其内容主要反映了学 生的日常学习和生活。课本设计了中外学生同校学习的情景,便于介绍英语国家 的风俗习惯和文化。题材范围更广,除了学生的学校生活和家庭生活,还反映了 学生的校外活动、劳动、卫生

9、保健、体育运动、节日、尊师爰生、团结友爱、助 人为乐的道德风尚。三、学生情况分析根据上学期期考情况合格率达50%,优秀率达15%,情况较好。基础知识 掌握不够扎实,第一大题听力得分率往往只有68%左右,阅读写作得分率低。 课堂学习积极性较高,回答问题较积极,绝大多数同学能做到自觉完成作业、自 觉背诵课文。受学习态度、风气的影响,刻苦学习之风渐渐稀薄,轻浮之风开始 产生,很多学生上课不认真,课后死记硬背,当然有大部分学生还是劳逸结合, 掌握了科学的学习方法。从学生成绩来看,存在明显不平衡。少数优生优势不明 显,差生面较广,培尖补差任务重。学生受当今社会环境影响,厌学情绪严重。U!、教学措施和要求

10、具体的要求:A类学生:课堂上要求能回答较难提问,思考问题积极,教学任务能当堂完 成,课后要求阅读一定量课外读物,考试时要求失分不大。B类学生:加强双基教学,多鼓励多表扬,使他们爰好语文,并且用抓两头 促中间的办法使他们时时有危机感。要求能较好地完成教学任务,能回答上课提 出的稍难问题。C类学生:教学中多关心、多爰护他们,平时与他们多进行谈话,让他们认 识到英语学科的重要性,平时对他们要求严格但要求不过高。具体的措施:要达到这一目标,首先,应尽快从旧教材旧教法的框框中解放出来,转变思 想,更新观念。若继续沿用传统的重语言知识讲授、重译写和语法教学、轻视语 言运用能力的培养,不仅调动不起大多数学生

11、学习英语的积极性,而且也不能充 分达到教学目的。其次,应重视学生学习英语兴趣的培养,激发学生的学习兴趣。新时期英语 教学要提倡的观念,情绪越好,越乐观,对所学内容便会发生浓厚的兴趣,学习 效果也将越好。提高学生学习兴趣。根据初中学生的年龄特点,起始阶段的教学 要从视听入手,听说的比重应大些。为实现这个目标,重要的是要调动学生群体的积极性。(1)采用任务型教学,激发学习兴趣。根据初中学生活泼、好动,对新鲜事物 充满好奇的特点,可激发学生的学习兴趣,调动其学习积极性,使他们在自觉和 不自觉状态中,开启的心扉。在教学中,可尽量利用实物、图片和幻灯等直观教 具进行教学。嗅觉、视觉、听觉一起参与感知,将

12、实物与英语联系起来,学生获 得直观印象后便很快记住了句型和生词。(2)采用情景教学,创设良好气氛。在日常教学中,我注意使用情景教学法, 以听说训练为主导,以课文教学为依托,充分运用现有的教学条件和设备,紧扣 教材内容,使教学活动尽可能置于语言情景中去进行,使学生的理解力、记忆力、 运用能力处于最佳状态,并在此基础上联想、综合,进行创造性学习,从而达到 掌握和运用语言的目的。运用交际手段,培养学生的能力。绝大部分学生主要是 在课堂上学习英语,而在现实生活中缺少语言交际的环境和场所,如何用好科学 的教学方法,在有效的时间内使学生生动活泼地学习,我将做如下:(一)、精心备课是提高课堂效率的前提。大家

13、都懂得提高40分钟课堂效率的 重要性。而精心备课则是提高课堂效率的前提。认真的备课,会使我们做到胸有 成竹,无论是重点、疑点、难点的落实,问题的设计,教法的选择,都要精心考 虑,通盘安排。只有胸中有教材,眼中有学生(因人施教),才能运用自如,得心 应手,才能有效提高课堂教学效率。(二)、注重非智力因素开发是提高课堂效率的关键。面向全体,全面提高英 语教学质量,同时更要注重非智力因素(即信心、兴趣和习惯等)的开发,这对后 进生尤为重要。因为他们缺乏主观能动性,学习信心不足,兴趣不浓,习惯不好, 不肯下功夫背单词,或方法不妥导致成绩差。爱因斯坦说过。初中学生精力旺盛, 记忆力好,猎奇心强,求知欲高

14、,一般都能学好英语的。关键就在我们如何千方 百计地激发不同层次学习的学习兴趣,如开展多种多样的口语活动,朗读比赛, 趣味游戏等等。不断增添学生的新鲜感,激发学习英语的兴趣。(三)、上好英语复习课。英语的复习课不是学习内容的简单重复,而是用新 的教学方法在高层次上再现以前学过的内容。由于范围广、内容多,授课时间短, 所以复习课也要精心备课,将学过的各种语言现象进行系统的归纳、整理、分析。 要认真设计课堂教学程序,运用系列化教学,方法要灵活多变,激发学生兴趣, 点拨分析,鼓励学生多思考、勤实践,不能简单地核对答案,草草了事。切忌滥 发讲义,将复习课变成战场,如要进行模拟训练,题量也必须限制,质量一
