4、资管理询问有限公司 上海拜科投资管理询问有限公司,拜科 description the pac group is seeking a senior supplier quality engineer, with 8-15 years experience to join its shanghai operations team. requirements: training and follow-up on apqp- documents (control plan, fmea, process flow); supplier assessments to improve the defici

5、encies found during the audit or helped supplier prepare for an oems audit or a ts16949 audit; managing and follow-up on new product launch apqp activities; leading and support of gap closure activities to help supplier close the open issues to meet quality system requirement of customer; managing a

6、nd monitoring supplier quality performance of production to ensure through-out and delivered quantity & date appropriately. potential candidates will demonstrate a high level ability and capability to: provide training to supplier companies on development and reporting of apqp documentation (control

7、 plans, fmeas, process flow, etc.), and subsequently to monitor & follow-up on the quality of such documentation at a supplier location. perform supplier assessments to set the basis for improvement of deficiencies identified during a supplier audit, and/or to help a supplier prepare for an oems qua

8、lity audit or a ts16949 audit. manage and follow-up on new product launch apqp activities. develop supplier gap closure improvement plan; with emphasis on using project management approach to prioritizing corrective actions. guide and support a suppliers gap closure activities, with a focus to help

9、the supplier to effectively track, address and close open issues required to meet quality system targets from their customer. manage and monitor supplier quality performance for production to ensure through-put, and that production targets have been met in the desired quantity at the required time.

10、requirements: automotive commodity expertise in stamped parts, machining of cast or forged parts, or plastic injection / assembly parts for body white, chassis, structure, interior and exterior etc. thorough knowledge of the apqp process and all associated documentation. aptitude and/or experience i

11、n training engineers effectively. previous experience in auditing suppliers outgoing product quality. good problem-solving skills with thorough understanding of 8d reports, 5 why methodology, spc etc. solid understanding of iso 9000, qs9000, and ts16949 site audit requirements. proficiency in transf

12、erring knowledge to supplier teams for sustainable continuous improvement. ability and willingness to travel. good analysis skills. demonstrated integrity, enthusiasm and team-spirit. core competencies: in addition to superior interpersonal skills, the candidate will also possess - negotiation atten
