4、 to remember when I go out to cover a story?HX: You need to be curious. Only if you ask many different questions will you acquire all the information you need to know. We say a good journalist must have a good “nose” for a story. That means you must be able to assess when people are not telling the

5、whole truth and then try to discover it. They must use research to inform themselves of the missing parts of the story.ZY: What should I keep in mind?HX: Here comes my list of dos and donts: dont miss your deadline, dont be rude, dont talk too much, but make sure you listen to the interviewee carefu

6、lly.ZY: Why is listening so important?HX: Well, you have to listen for detailed facts. Meanwhile you have to prepare the next question depending on what the person says.ZY: But how can I listen carefully while taking notes?HX: This is a trick of the trade. If the interviewee agrees, you can use a re

7、corder to get the facts straight. Its also useful if a person wants to challenge you. You have the evidence to support your story.ZY: I see! Have you ever had a case where someone accused your journalists of getting the wrong end of the stick?HX: Yes, but it was a long time ago. This is how the stor

8、y goes. A footballer was accused of taking money for deliberately not scoring goals so as to let the other team win. We went to interview him. He denied taking money but we were skeptical. So we arranged an interview between the footballer and the man supposed to bribe him. When we saw them together

9、 we guessed from the footballers body language that he was not telling the truth. So we wrote an article suggesting he was guilty. It was a dilemma because the footballer could have demanded damages if we were wrong. He tried to stop us publishing it but later we were proved right. ZY: Wow! That was

10、 a real “scoop”. Im looking forward to my first assignment now. Perhaps Ill get a scoop too!HX: Perhaps you will. You never know. GETTING THE “SCOOP”“quick,” said the editor. “Get that story ready. We need it in this edition to be ahead of the other newspapers. This is a scoop.” Zou Yang had just co

11、me back into the office after an interview with a famous film star. “Did he really do that?” asked someone from the International News Department. “Yes, Im afraid he did,” Zhou Yang answered. He set to work. His first task was to write his story, but he had to do it carefully. Although he realized t

12、he man had been lying, Zhou Yang knew he must not accuse him directly. He would have to be accurate, Concise too! He knew how to do that. Months of training had taught him to write with no wasted words or phrases. He sat down at his computer and began to work.The first person who saw his article was

13、 a senior editor from his department,. He checked the evidence, read the article and passed it on to the copy-editor. She began to edit the piece and design the main headline and smaller heading. “This will look very good on the page,” she said. “Where is a good picture of this man?” Then as the art

14、icle was going to be written in English Zhou Yang also took a copy to the native speaker employed by the newspaper to polish the style. She was also very happy with Zhou Yangs story. “You are really able to write a good front page article,” she said. Zhou Yang smiled with happiness. Last of all, the

15、 chief editor read it and approved it. “Well done,” he said to Zhou Yang. “But please show me your evidence so were sure weve got our facts straight.” “Ill bring it to you immediately,” said Zhou Yang excitedly.The news desk editor took the story and began to work on all the stories and photos until

16、 all the pages were set. All the information was then ready to be processed into film negatives. This was the first stage of the printing process. They needed four negatives, as several colors were going to be used on the story. Each of the main colors had one negative sheet and when they were combi

17、ned they made a colored page for the newspaper. After one last check the page was ready to be printed. Zhou Yang waited excitedly for the first copies to be ready. “Wait till tonight,” his friend whispered. “I expect there will be something about this on the television news. A real scoop!”Unit 5 FIR

18、ST AID FOR BURNSThe skin is an essential part of your body and its largest organ. You have three layers of skin which act as a barrier against disease, poisons and the suns harmful rays. The functions of your skin are also very complex: it keeps you warm or cool; it prevents your body from losing to

19、o much water; it is where you feel cold, heat or pain and it gives you your sense of touch. So as you can imagine, if your skin gets burned it can be very serious. First aid is a very important first step in the treatment of burns.Causes of burnsYou can get burned by a variety of things: hot liquids

20、, steam, fire, radiation (by being close to high heat or fire, etc), the sun, electricity or chemicals.Types of burnsThere are three types of burns. Burns are called first, second, or third degree burns, depending on which layers of the skin are burned.First degree burns These affect only the top la

21、yer of the skin. These burns are not serious and should feel better within a day or two. Examples include mild sunburn and burns caused by touching a hot pan, stove or iron for a moment.Second degree burns These affect both the top and the second layer of the skin. These burns are serious and take a

22、 few weeks to heal. Examples include severe sunburn and burns caused by hot liquids.Third degree burns These affect all three layers of the skin and any tissue and organs under the skin. Examples include burns caused by electric shocks, burning clothes, or severe petrol fires. These burns cause very

23、 severe injuries and the victim must go to hospital at once.Characteristics of burnsFirst degree burns dry, red and mildly swollen mildly painful turn white when pressedSecond degree burns rough, red and swollen blisters watery surface extremely painfulThird degree burns black and white and charred

24、swollen; often tissue under them can be seen little or no pain if nerves are damaged;may be pain around edge of injured are.First aid treatmentRemove clothing using scissors if necessary unless it is stuck to the burn. Take off other clothing and jewelry near the burn.Cool burns immediately with coo

25、l but not icy water. It is best to place burns under gently running water for about 10 minutes. (The cool water stops the burning process, prevents the pain becoming unbearable and reduces swelling.) Do not put cold water on third degree burns.For first degree burns, place cool, clean, wet cloths on

26、 them until the pain is not so bad. For second degree burns, keep cloths cool by putting them back in a basin of cold water, squeezing them out and placing them on the burned area over and over again for about an hour until the pain is not so bad.Dry the burned area gently. Do not rub, as this may b

27、reak any blisters and the wound may get infected. Cover the burned area with a dry, clean bandage that will not stick to the skin. Hold the bandage in place with tape. Never put butter, oil or ointment on burns as they keep the heat in the wounds and may cause infection.If burns are on arms or legs,

28、 keep them higher than the heart, if possible. If burns are on the face, the victim should sit up.If the injuries are second or third degree burns, it is vital to get the victim to the doctor or hospital at once. 36、，又是可行的，符合国家的有关产业政策、行业技术经济政策。建设规模和产品方案经济合理，既有良好的经济效益，又有明显的社会效益。1.7.1 市场需求、产品销售前景改善我国人民的营养状况，改进食物结构，提高人民生活质量，是关系到增进人民健康、提高民族体质的大问题，饲料工业的发展是养殖业发展，丰富人民菜篮子的基础。饲料工业的发展，可以提高粮食的转化率。目前，在部分牲猪主生产区，配合饲料的入户率已达50%以上，而最先使用配合饲料、规模化程度最高的家禽业，配合饲料的入户率已达60%以上，广东沿海地区近100%。据测算，饲喂配合饲料，比单一粮食饲料可减少粮食消耗25-30%,单从节约粮耗方面来讲，饲料工业的

37、发展不仅可以节约粮食，同时可使多种饲料来源得以开发利用，这在一定程度上也可弥补粮食资源不足。饲料工业的发展，促进了广大农民致富，使用配合饲料可加快畜禽生长，通常一吨配合饲料可为养殖业创收100-200元。改革开放20多年来，我国的粮食产量从1978年的3.5亿吨发展到2006年6.5亿吨，13亿中国人的温饱问题基本得到解决。与此同时，畜牧业以年平均9.9%的速度增长，在农村第一产业中占比重逐年提高。种植业的大发展为饲料工业的发展提供了原料，奠定了物质基础，人民生活水平的提高，养殖业的发展，为饲料工业提供了广阔的市场，形成了更大的市场拉力。2005年全国饲料总产量达1.07亿吨，配合饲料产量达6

38、822多万吨，时产5吨以上的饲料加工厂已达1937家，比较完整的饲料工业体系已经形成。我国仅用而是几年就走完了西方经济发展国家近百年的饲料工业历程。饲料工业的发展，又促进了农业和农村经济的发展，支持了“菜篮子”工程建设。自八十年代以来，在粮食总产年均递增0.89%的情况下，肉、蛋、奶和养殖业的年递增均在10%左右。城乡居民蛋白食物人均占有量已超过世界平均水平。这一成果的取得，在很大程度上有XXX于饲料工业的强大支持。改革开放20多年来，我国人民的生活水平有了很大程度的提高，膳食结构也有了很大的改善，但跟发达国家相比，还有很大差距，我国人均肉、蛋、奶的消费量不及发达国家的1/4，而人民生活水平的

39、不断提高，又进一步需要和推动了饲料工业的发展。本项目所在地湖北省XXX市，地处XXX水库附近，交通便利，养殖业比较发达，饲料加工业相对比较落后。该项目建成后，销售前景良好。1.7.2 拟建规模和产品方案本项目拟建规模：生产能力一万吨/年饲料工厂。本项目主要产品方案：经济评价按双班计算，即年产2万吨饲料，其中浓缩料5000吨，全价配合饲料15000吨，预混合料由华中农业大学供应，保证了产品质量。1.7.3 投资估算及经济效益（1） 投资估算本项目共需总资金量 万元，其中：固定资产投资： 万元流动资金： 万元（2） 资金来源本项目固定资产投资 万元，企业自有资金 万元。流动资金投资 万元，企业自有

40、资金 万元，申请流动资金贷款 万元。（3） 经济效益本报告财务分析和计算结果表明，本项目财务内部收益率为 %，明显高于行业基准收益率，投资回收期为3年（包括建设起一年），也低于本行业的基准投资回收期。因此本项目从财务上讲是完全可行的。在社会效益方面，本项目的建成不仅可提供城乡更多的就业机会 ，还可带动蓖麻种植户的脱贫增收，将有力地促进当地的经济发展，创造良好的社会效益。1.7.4 厂址概况本项目厂址选在湖北省XXX市浪河镇台商投资区 交通运输方便，厂址地势平坦，地质条件好，库区水源充足，水质好。该厂址符合饲料厂建厂条件。1.7.5 原料、燃料及动力来源a、 原料的需求及来源（1）原料的需求根据

41、新建厂的年生产量及产品方案，各原料的配方比例，并考虑到2%的原料损耗，各种原料的年耗量见附表12-2-1.（2） 原料的来源我国饲料原料来源广泛，资源丰富。全国每年可提供8000万吨以上的玉米、5000万吨以上的糠麸、2000万吨以上的糟渣和近3000万吨的薯类资源，还有各类饼粕约1500万吨以上。除少量添加剂原料需进口外，绝大多数原料国内均能满足。 国家饲料工业办在19962020年中国饲料工业发展战略研究中提出在东北、华北等地建立玉米、大豆生产基地；建立40个玉米基地县，20个大豆基地县，25个棉、菜籽生产基地县，为发展工业饲料，发展养殖业提供了原料保障。 我国进入WTO后，我国已向欧美发

42、达国家开放小麦、玉米、豆类、畜产品等大部分农产品市场。有大量的优质、廉价的饲料原料进入中国市场。 XXX是湖北的畜牧基地，自然条件利于农业多种经营，为饲料加工业和养殖业提供了有利的条件。各种农作物有玉米、小麦等，还有丰富的粮食加工副产品和农副产品可直接用于饲料加工。饲料加工所需的主要主、副原料可在当地和周边地区购得。本项目所需的主要原料均可当地采购和从周边地区采购。玉米从玉米主产区购进、鱼粉等用量少的原料需到外地采购或进口。b、辅助材料需求及来源本项目年需辅助原料为：（1） 维生素（2） 微量元素（3） 氨基酸（4） 矿物盐（5） 药物等以上材料可与当地采购或者与厂家等签订协议，长期供应。本项

43、目包装袋年需50万条，可从编织带厂购进。c、 能源情况（1）煤本项目年须煤500吨，可以当地采购。a、 电力项目投产后主要的能源是电能。本项目装机总容量400kw,由当地供电局供电，电源由附近高压线引入。b、 水资源本项目用水由当地自来水公司供应，年耗水量约600吨左右。1.7.5 生产工艺 本项目吸收国内外饲料加工的先进技术和经验，选用先粉碎后配料批次配料、批次混合、连续生产工艺路线，该工艺路线设备布置紧凑，更适合项目区的原料特性，其工艺成熟、技术先进可靠。1.7.6 环境保护 本项目生产过程不产生有害气体、液体和固体。本设计已考虑对废弃物的处理，可以达到环保排放标准。1.7.7 全厂定员与
