1、1. 关于人名、公司名称和地址的翻译：一般情况下人名不用译出，除非客户要求；地址和公司名称在网络上找不到相应翻译时应保留原文。因中英文表达地址的习惯不同，英文习惯按从小到大的顺序排列（而中文则相反），因此，在将英语译为汉语的过程，应将地址倒过来表达才符合中文的表达习惯，例如：Room 42， Zhongzhou Road，Nanyang City， Henan Prov.译为：河南省南阳市中州路42号NO. 204,Entrance A, Building NO. 1, The 2nd Dormitory of the NO. 4 State-owned Textile Factory, 53

2、 Kaiping Road, Qingdao, Shandong译为：山东省青岛市开平路53号国棉四厂二宿舍1号楼2单元204户甲注意：英文中使用逗号将几个地点隔开，译为中文后不要加逗号。2. 编号的译法： 一般情况下，罗马符号I、II、III、IV.应相应地译为大写的一、二、三、四，例如：Part III，译为第三部分；但是，夹在句子中的标号(a)、(i)、A等则无需译出，如下例：Interest. (a)The unpaid principal amount of each Revolving Credit Loan shall bear interest from the date of

6、要口语化并尽量保持原文的风格，比如剧本。此外，英语的句子多为复合句，句子较长而且常用被动语态，而中文的句子则相反，因此，在将英语译为汉语时，要调整句子结构，将较为复杂的句子改为短句，并尽量译为主动语态以符合中文习惯，同时注意增减词，以最终达到句子流畅的目的。试比较：This Agreement is executed in Chinese.本协议以中文签署。（合同语言较为正式，此处的this不能译为“这个”）This is our common desire.这是我们的共同愿望。4. 关于a和an的翻译：英语中很多地方都会使用冠词a、an，注意这两个冠词不总是指“一个”，在做英译中文件的过程中

7、，应该结合上下文判断a、an到底指“一个”还是“一类”，因此不要笼统的将其译为“一个”。例如：Would you do me a favor?你能帮我一个忙吗？To avoid an economic downturn 避免经济滑坡5. 英语招投标文件的翻译：将英文招投标文件翻译为中文时，首先应判断文件是招标文件还是投标文件。由于英语中常常混用tender(tendering)和bid(bidding)两组词，因此不能将其与招标和投标建立对等的关系。在判断文件属于招标文件还是投标文件时，可以根据文件的具体内容来确定。例如：FIDIC招标文件包含以下部分：(1) Invitation for b

8、ids（招标邀请）；(2) Instructions to bidders（投标人须知）；(3) General Conditions of Contract part I（合同第一部分一般条款）；(4) Special Conditions of Contract（合同特殊条款）；(5) Technical Specifications（技术规范）；(6) Forms of Tender, Appendix to Tender and Tender Security（投标书、标书附件和投标保证金）；(7) Bills of Quantities（工程量清单）；(8) Form of Agre

9、ement（合同范本）；(9) Forms of Securities, Performance Bank Guarantee（担保形式、履约保函）；(10) Drawings（图纸）；因此，在文件中出现以上部分时可判断文件为招标文件。投标文件的内容包括：一、投标函投标函是由招标人编制的招标文件中以范本的形式提供的，投标人需要认真阅读研究并按要求作出承诺响应。投标函应加盖企业法人印章，并由法定代表人签署确认。、二、投标报价表投标报价表也是由招标人在招标文件中提供的标准格式，投标人应将经过科学准确测算得出的物业服务费价格按表格要求进行填写准确。三、资格证明文件（一）企业营业执照（复印件）（二）企

10、业资质证书（复印件）（三）企业法人代码证（复印件）（四）企业业绩证明（复印件）（五）企业税务登记证（复印件）（六）投标人财务状况（需要时）（七）项目负责人相关证件（身份证、项目经理证书复印件）（八）企业已完善建立信用档案证明（九）投标人法人代表证明文件（十）法人代表委托书（十一）投标人的质量认证证书（复印件）四、技术、商务响应文件五、招标文件中要求提供的其他文件在确定文件时招标或投标文件后，再根据具体情况判断tender、bidder是招标人还是投标人。招标与投标是一种贸易方式的两个方面，投标是根据招标条件在规定的时间内向招标者发出的实盘报价。招标方式一股用于大型的成批商品或小型的大批商品或承

27、语法分析入手理解句子的完整意思，而后在理解的基础上将其意思用通顺的汉语翻译出来。翻译长句，要按汉语的表达方式处理英语句子里错综复杂的关系。处理方法大致可归纳为两种：一种是基本上按英语原句的结构顺序翻译，另一种是按汉语的时间顺序和逻辑顺序翻译（参考：法律文件中的长句如何翻译）。7. 注意翻译过程中汉语和英语标点符号的转换：在英语中，几个并列的短语之间用逗号连接，将英语译为汉语时，要将这些逗号转变为中文的顿号，例如：- description of the necessary means (specific devices, loads, testing platforms) used.- 描述采

32、还事件。8. 英翻中文件中出现的某些单位缩写不用译出：伏特（V）、赫兹（Hz）、毫米(mm)等，但以全称写出的单位要译出，例如：square foot（平方英尺）、millimeter（毫米）等。9. 缩写词的翻译：大写字母缩写词在文章中首次出现时要将全称译出，并在后面加括号写出缩写词，在第二次出现时，可直接用缩写词。例如：American Petroleum Industries Committee (APIC)，第一次出现时翻译为美国石油工业委员会（APIC）。对于较为重要的文件，建议全部用全称。但是，有时一个缩写词会有多个含义，在无法确定缩写词含义的情况下，请直接用原文。10. 注意译文

33、的表达符合中文习惯，例如几个并列词语中的最后两个之间用“和”、“以及”、“或”等连接时，中间不要加顿号，例如：1.1) The Licensee agrees that its use of the Trademark, Title and brand features shall at all times be as “licensee”.
