While two detectives were keeping guard at the door, two others opened the parcel. To their surprise, the precious parcel was full of stones and sand!Lesson 8 The best and the worst

20、all. It was the last day of the year and a large crowd of people had gathered under the Town Hall clock. It would strike twelve in twenty minutes time. Fifteen minutes passed and then, at five to twelve, the clock stopped. The big minute hand did not move. We waited and waited, but nothing happened.

21、 Suddenly someone shouted, Its two minutes past twelve! The clock has stopped! I looked at my watch. It was true. The big clock refused to welcome the New Year. It is being repaired by a friend of my fathers.Lesson 11 One good turn deserves another 礼尚往来I was having dinner at a restaurant when Harry Steele came in. Harry worked in a lawyers office years ago, but he is now working

24、at a bank. He gets a good salary, but he always borrows money from his friends and never pays it back. Harry saw me and came and sat at the same table. He has never borrowed money from me. While he was eating, I asked him to lend me &2. To my surprise, he gave me the money immediately. I have never

41、点生产省有江西、湖南、湖北、广西、安徽等省，其中安徽的皖西及皖西南大别山区因其独特的地理、土壤、气候条件，蕴育着十分丰富的自然资源，油茶籽产量高，同国内其他地区油茶籽相比，品质上乘。目前，皖西油茶树资源主要分布在舒城、金寨、霍山等地，面积高达20多万亩，野生油茶籽年总产量可达3千多吨，把巨大的资源优势转换为地方经济优势是摆在皖西各级政府和有关部门面前的研讨课题。皖西是革命老区，经济实力相当薄弱，经济基础相对落后，部分地区的农民还处在解决温饱的穷困状态。利用当地资源，把油茶籽产业化，来提高农民的产出效益，增加农民经济收入，是当前广大农民脱贫致富的最佳途径之一。就目前而言，皖西产出的油茶籽资源都处

42、在原始、初级、粗放的家庭作坊式加工状态，资源没有得到很好利用，以前甚至出现油茶籽卖不出和野生油茶籽因价贱而无人采摘的情况，造成了资源的极大浪费。即使近年来创办了几家小规模加工企业，也因其设备简陋，没有油茶籽附产品加工设备而造成产出效率比低下，从而造成了资源的浪费，失去了资源深加工带来的升值效益。还因小企业生产的山茶油品质差，市场准入难，市场前景黯淡，产品出路也成为发展的屏障，因而不能从根本上解决油茶籽资源的出路问题和广大农民通过油茶籽资源脱贫致富问题。显然，走一条“大事业、大品牌、大规模、大发展”的油茶籽资源产业化的道路势在必行，建立一家起点高、科技含量高、生产规模大的山茶油深加工企业成为当务

43、之急。2.2项目建设的必要性2.2.1公司现状安徽省华银茶油有限公司是以皖西十分丰富的自然资源油茶籽为原料进行农特产品深加工的新兴民营科技企业，企业本着“以市场需要为导向、以科技为支撑、以省内高校科研所为依托、以产业化为发展战略、以发展农村经济增加农民收入为目标、以提高企业经济效益为目的”的宗旨，结合皖西地区山茶油加工现状和本县的资源实际情况，经过多次反复论证和调研，于2003年6月筹建，总投资达500多万元，购置了目前全省生产能力最大、生产设备的科技含量国内领先的成套山茶油加工流水线和配套设备，建造了标准化厂房一幢和配套设施（锅炉房、生产车间、灌装车间、成品车间、仓库、化验室、配电房、办公室

44、和后勤保障用房）共2200平方米，年设计生产能力1000吨，达产后可实现销售额5000万元，利税600万元，目前企业建设已初具规模。安徽省华银茶油有限公司现占地面积10600平方米，2003年9月份动工、11月份投产，当年收购油茶籽450吨，加工优质成品油60多吨，半成品油55吨（易储存，待精炼），产值600余万元，并已投放市场销售。安徽省华银茶油有限公司产品现已销往北京、上海、江苏、浙江、广东、安徽等大中城市和经济发达地区，现已销售1210500ml规格山茶油2240件和12101000ml规格山茶油660件，实现销售收入180多万元，实现销售利润40余万元，公司目前销售网络已基本形成，销售

45、量与日俱增。“野岭”牌山茶油投放市场以来，以其“纯正、绿色、天然的保健性”为特色，起点高，品质好，其多项理化指标已优于国内同类产品，“野岭”牌山茶油正成为食用油市场上的一匹“黑马”和具有代表性的二十一世纪中国首选的绿色健康食用油品牌之一，受到了越来越多的广大消费者的青睐。“野岭”牌山茶油在整理了民间加工方法的基础上，科学地总结出了一整套独特的现代加工工艺，技术上已完全成熟，并处于国内领先水平。“野岭”山茶油的生产需经过“物理压榨，八脱精炼”等26道生产加工工序。其工艺流程科学、合理、规范，检测设备仪器完善、技术含量高，再加上科学严谨的操作规程和全面系统的质量管理，其产出的“野岭”牌山茶油国内一

48、建立健全，销售网络基本形成，产品认证体系完备，销售形势喜人，企业经济效益显著，企业发展前景光明，令人鼓舞，在这样可喜的发展机遇下，我们更有信心增加投入，扩大规模，加快发展。2.2.2扩建的必要性公司目前生产能力为年生产山茶油1000吨，精炼设备生产能力有富余，为降低生产成本，使工艺流程中的各部分生产能力协调配套，充分利用现有资源，公司对现有生产规模进行扩建。具体内容为增加部分预榨设备，完善精炼设备，新上一批对茶粕深加工的浸出油设备和茶皂素提取设备。扩建后将拥有年产压榨茶油1000吨、浸出茶油500吨、压榨绿茶油500吨和茶皂素800吨的生产能力。特别是增加浸出设备和茶皂素提取设备，在不需增加直接原料的基础上，通过有关工艺方法，提取茶粕中的残存余油和茶皂素，大大提高了产业附加值，能为企业带来广阔的发展前景。第三章 市场前景3.1产品的功用3.1.1山茶油和绿茶油茶油不饱和脂肪酸含量在85%97%，不含对人体有害的芥酸，维生素A和维生素E含量高，耐贮藏，易被人体吸收。在中国医典中，将茶油列为药用油脂，除了可预防和治疗高血压、心血管系统疾病外，还具有清热化湿等功效。经过精炼、去除杂质后的茶油，品质卓越，保健作用更好。作为食用油，更是各种食用植物油中的佼佼者。并且，油茶树和喝茶树均生长于低丘岗地，没有环境污染，极少施用农药，是真正的绿色无公害食品。3.1.2茶皂素
