WhatWhat wouldwould youyou like?like? 你想要什么你想要什么? ?此句是问某人想要什么的句子,其中 would 是情态动词,没有人称与数的变化,语气比较委婉。would like 意为“想要”,相当于 want,但语气比 want 更加委婉,多用于口语中,并且 would like没有人称和数的变化。would like 常用于下列句型中:would like sth. 想要某物。would like to do sth.

2、 想要做某事。would like sb. to do sth. 想要某人做某事。Would you like.? 表示委婉地征求对方的意见或劝请。意为“你想要/愿意吗?”常用于口语之中。对“Would you like sth.?”的肯定回答为:Yes, please. 否定回答为:No, thanks.对“Would you like to do sth.?”的肯定回答为:Yes, Id like/love to. 注意此处“to”不能省。否定回答为一般也先说“Id love/like to,”再用“but.”陈述理由。 如:Would you like some green tea? 你

6、的面条你想要什么种类的面条? ?IdId likelike beefbeef noodles,noodles, please.please. 我想要牛肉面。我想要牛肉面。(1)“what kind of.”表示“什么种类的”,其中 kind 是名词,表示“种类;类型”,它总是要借助于介词 of 来修饰名词,若被修饰的名词是可数名词,则用复数形式。(2)beef noodles 表示“牛肉面”,其中 beef 是不可数名词,noodles 是可数名词的复数形式,beef 在句子中作 noodles 的定语。修饰名词 nood les。说明后面的名词 noodles“面条”的组成,即表示“牛肉面”

7、。beef noodles 相当于 noodles with beef。英语中,当名词作定语时,该名词一般用单数形式。如:two girl students 两个女学生;many apple trees 许多苹果树。(这里 girl和 apple 要用单数)拓展：拓展：当 man 和 woman 作定语时,其数的形式要与被修饰的名词保持一致。如:three women doctors 三个女医生。(woman 要用复数) 5.5.
