2、据为切入点，讲明大数据和基于云计算的主要大数据技术，然后分析大数据带来的管理的变革和挑战，通过基于管理方式演进的模型将大数据与管理相结合，提出基于大数据处理的新管理模型。 将信息科学与管理科学相结合，提出可行性信息处理方案，用于解决企业在大数据时代所面临的挑战。在进行需求分析同时提出模型。将大数据处理方式方法融入扁平化管理思想，用云计算技术解决大数据处理问题，提出一种大数据时代管理形式下的信息处理构架。 本文共分5章，详细如下： 第一章，绪论。本章着重讲明研究背景，讲明研究意义和目的，介绍国内外的关于大数据的研究现在状况，讲明论文构造。 第二章，大数据定义、特点，讲明大数据技术相关理论与技术。

3、 第三章，大数据带来的管理变革和挑战。介绍大数据背景下传统管理形式产生了如何的变革，在这些变革之中又面临这如何的挑战。 第四章，提出并讲明管理变革的演进模型，从中具体表现出出基于大数据管理的变革，得出基于移动互联的复杂管理，进而提出大数据背景下的管理模型。 第五章，新管理形式的关键是信息处理，此章我们提出基于大数据处理的管理形式下的信息处理模块的设计。 本文关键词语：大数据，管理变革，云计算 Abstract Big Data is a new issue proposed in recent years.
