、alked into the front yard”,故 G 项与之呼应。 3 3.D 上文提到孩子们捉不到萤火虫后坐在草地上看着一闪一闪的萤火虫漫天飞舞,下文提到 “It felt so good getting to see one of natures many miracles (奇迹)lighting up my front yard on a warm summer night.” 且 C 项中 的 it 指的就是上文中的“all o

、f the wonderful light in this world”。

4 4.D 该空是一个过渡句,承接上段的“After a while,of course,the excitement dies down.”

3 3.B B 项中的“The punishments of the schools”与本段“punishing the perpetrators with campus rules i

、nstead of calling the police”相呼应。 3 3.B 根据“She was given a series of words and even sentences that she could read quite well.”
