10、的过程中还是觉得自己脑袋里点子有限,虽然说平时听课也不少,但真正内化为自己的还是太少了,所以还是要多听、多实践、多反思,当然 理论知识也是必要的。就这节课而言,就像姜老师说的,通过这节课,你想让学生达到什么语言、技能、情感目标,要有一个整体设想,然后再去丰富这个整体框架,而我,这一 点做的并不是太好,以后肯定会改进。其他老师也给我提了很多很好的建议,比 如说故事时间的复习,怎么充当一个引领者带领学生对文本更深层次的解读,而 不是仅仅背一背;新句型的充分扎实的运用;卡通时间,不必像故事时间一样讲 的透彻详细,而是要体现学生的自主学习,放手让学生自己去思考,自己去发现 趣味性和难点,然后再满腹热情地去表演.总之,多听、多练、多反思、多钻研教材、多掌握理论知识是成为优秀教师 的唯一途径,看似简单,但坚持下去不容易,我所要做的就是坚持!第3页/共 3 页
