3、展板块，拥有总资产529亿元，国家所有者权益84亿元。集团现任党委书记蒋志权是中共上海市委候补委员、上海市政协委员，现任总裁徐征为全国人大代表。上海建峰职业技术学院是上海建工（集团）总公司所属的由上海市人民政府批准成立的一所全日制一般高职院校，学院被国家教育部、建立部批准为全国建立行业技能型紧缺人才培养培训基地，同时也是集团总公司所属人才培训基地。学院现有专、兼职老师400余名，具有研究生学历和副教授职称的老师占80%以上。现任党委书记、院长武佩牛教授同时兼任集团总公司教育卫生中心主任。上海建工（集团）总公司先后于2007年4月至7月、2008年5月至6月、2008年10月至12月、2009年

4、5月至6月分别施行了“开展中国家工程工程治理技术培训班”、“非洲国家建筑工程治理研修班”、“建筑工程技术培训班”、，已培训学员139名，得到了商务部、上海市商务委的好评。工程内容介绍本次培训班的主要内容为：中国建筑市场的政府监管、工程工程总承包治理、建筑节能治理与技术、建筑工程施工新技术和新工艺、桥梁施工技术、建筑工程质量与平安治理、建筑有用施工技术、工程工程治理的实践和案例以及与工程工程有关的知识。并以此设置四大教学模块，包括以介绍上海高层建筑、地下工程、世博工程为主的 “建筑施工高新技术”模块；以介绍施工总承包治理、分包治理、工程治理等为主的“工程工程治理模块”；以介绍上海城市建立中经济适

5、用房建立与开发、根底设备及工业园区建立、膨胀土的施工处理、白蚁的预防及处理等为主的“建筑施工有用技术”模块；以介绍跨海大桥、大型公共交通枢纽、港口开发与建立为主的“桥梁施工技术”模块。培训班邀请上海市建立行业治理主管、知名建筑企业总裁、高校教授等为学员授课。培训采取课堂教学与实地调查相结合的方式，组织学员参观调查上海建立行业治理机构、建筑施工企业、上海城市规划、在建的城市建立和世搏工程工程。培训班还将安排学员赴江苏苏州进展实地调查，以使他们可以更全面地理解中国建筑业的开展变化和进程。Project DescriptionName Construction Engineering Technic

10、State Council of P.R. China and Shanghai Municipal Government, with more than 300 wholly-owned holding enterprises affiliated. Owning dual Super-grade qualification certificates in building construction and municipal public projects authorized from Ministry of Construction of the P.R.China, the grou

11、p also has the import-export operation right authorized from Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation and the approval right for foreign affairs on public duty authorized from Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In recent years, the group has developed four sectors covering civil installation, in

12、dustry, real estate and financial investment, with total assets of 23,800 million RMB and national owners rights of 4,800 million RMB. The committee secretary of Communist Party of China (CPC) of the group is Jiang Zhiquan, the alternate member of Shanghai Municipal CPC Committee as well as the memb

19、nstruction project new technology and new process, construction project quality and safety management, etc. There are four teaching modules: 1. “High technology of construction”-mainly includes introduction of high-rise buildings, underground projects, EXPO projects; 2. “Project management”-mainly i

20、ncludes general contracting management, sub-contracting management, project management etc. 3. “Practical technology of construction”-mainly includes introduction of Low-cost housing project, Prevention and treatment of termites, treatment of expansion soil foundation etc. 4. “Technology of bridge c

21、onstruction” -mainly includes development and construction of Trans-ocean bridge, Public traffic pivot, Deep water port etc. The training courses are to be delivered by senior professors from universities, presidents from well-known construction enterprises and managing directors from Shanghai Build

22、ing Construction Industry etc. The training courses include classroom lecture and on-spot visiting while the trainees are to visit construction enterprises, government supervision organizations, and urban projects under construction as well as EXPO projects. Trainees are also arranged to visit Suzhou city, Jiangsu Province to understand more about the developing status of construction industry in China.
