7、饰整个 句子时，这个状语就可以叫句子状语。句子状语可以位于句首，也可以 放在主语之后动词之前。如何理解或翻译这种含有句子状语的句子就成 为一个让广大考生困惑不已的难题了。其实诀窍就是改写句子，分开翻 译而已。举例说明：1.1) .Would you kindly close the door?这个kindly作状语，修饰整个句子，怎么翻译呢？如果改写成：Would you be so kind as to close?劳驾，关上门好吗？2) .They kindly asked us to the concert.这个kindly作状语，修饰整个句子。其实这个句子可以改写为：It was ve

8、ry kind of them to ask us to the concert.他们请我们去听音乐会，真是太好了。3) .The owner very kindly took us in and gave us a bed for the night.这个very kindly作状语，修饰整个句子。可以改写：It was very kind of the owner to take us in and give us a bed for the night.房东把我们带进屋里，并给了我们床位让我们过夜，真是太好了。2 .China7 s long-term modernization pro

10、修饰整个句子的。常 见的评注性状语有：1 ).副词评注性状语，常见的有:actually, basically, briefly, certainly, clearly, evidently, factually, foolishly, fortunately, frankly, generally, ideally, literally, maybe, perhaps, probably, really, remarkably, roughly, sensibly, strangely, surely, surprisingly, understandably, unexpectedly,w

11、isely 等。2 ).动词不定式短语作评注性状语，常见的有：to be brief, to be exact, to be frank, to be honest, to be sure, to make metters worse, to put it bluntly, to tell you the truth 等。3 ).分词短语作评注性状语，常见的有：broadly speaking, generally speaking,personally speaking, roughly speaking, strictly speaking 等。4 ).分句作评注性状语，常见的有:as I see it, as it turned out, I adventure to say, I am afraid, I am glad to say, I am sure, I believe, I bet, if I can put it frankly, If you dont mind, I hope, I suppose, I think, mind youz you know, you see 等。5 ).介词短语作评注性状语，常见的有:Beyond question, Byall odds, in effect, In my judgment 等。
