4、原料料的储转转运主要要由自己己的物流流储运系系统完成成，与物物流运作作有关的的二级单单位主要要有四个个：运输输公司、销售公公司、物物装公司司、中转转站。运运输公司司的主要要职能是是负责全全厂的公公路、水水路（汽汽车、槽槽船）货货物运输输，销售售公司主主要负责责产品的的储存及及产品发发运计划划的制定定，中转转站主要要负责产产品、原原料的铁铁路储转转运，物物装公司司负责原原料的储储存、发发放。由于历史史的原因因，川维维厂储运运系统涉涉及到四四家主要要的二级级单位，相互职职能交叉叉，资源源分散，形成多多头管理理，信息息不畅，影响了了产品销销售和原原材料的的采购，加大了了库存成成本，整整个物流流成本居
