7、ent of warehouses in 32 cities across the country was RMB 28.10/m2 per month, up 1.59% compared with last month. Among them, the average rent of warehouses in the eastern region (RMB32.73/ m2 per month) was higher than that in the western region (RMB23.91/m2 per month), the northeast (RMB22.65/ m2 p

8、er month) and the central region (RMB23.60/m2 per month). Compared with June, the average warehouse rent in the eastern, central and northeast regions increased by more than 1.5%, while the average warehouse rent in the western region was relatively stable, with an increase (decrease) of less than 1

9、%/The average vacancy rate of warehouses in 32 cities across the country was 11.98%, up 0.69 percentage points from the previous month. Among them, the warehouse vacancy rate in the northeast (20.16%) is much higher than that in the western region (11.23%), the central region (10.13%) and the easter

10、n region (11.10%). Compared with June, the warehouse vacancy rate in the eastern region increased by 1.39 percentage points, while the warehouse vacancy rate in the northeast, central and western regions was relatively stable, with an increase (decline) of less than 1 percentage point.Nanchang has t

11、he largest fluctuation in average warehouse rents in 32 cities across the country, with rents rising 5.60% from the previous month. Storage demand for sporting goods and fresh goods has increased. At the same time, warehouse supply has remained tight, which has led to a significant increase in wareh

12、ouse rental prices in Nanchang.The largest fluctuation of warehouse vacancy rate in 32 cities in China is Ningbo, with a month-on-month increase of 6.10%. This is mainly due to the fact that the area of new storage resources in Yinzhou District and Zhenhai District is more than 230,000 square meters

30、租金涨幅为L59% ,空置率上升0.69个百分点、全国32个城市通用仓库平均租金为28.10元/正月,环比上涨1.59%。其中,东部地区仓库 平均租金(32.73元/正月)高于西部(23.91元/ nf月)、中部(23.60元/ nf月)、东北(22.65 元/ m,月)地区。相较6月,东部、中部、东北地区仓库平均租金有所上涨,涨幅大于1.5% ;西部 地区仓库平均租金相对稳定,增(降)幅1%以内。全国32个城市仓库平均空置率为U.98%,环比上升0.69个百分点。其中,东北地区仓库空置率(20.16% ) 远高于西部(11.23% )、东部(11.10% )、中部(10.13% )地区。相较
