1、护士长年终工作总结及明年工作计划与人事行政工作总结合集护士长年终工作总结及明年工作计划病人在一轮轮的换着,科里也在这几年中离开了不少老同事,来了好多新同事!不过相处的岁月中,工作的协调与配合中依然那么依然有序。又快过年了,感触不由得从心底像投幕电影一样,放映着这一年之中发生的一件又一件事情!一、年终总结专业知识、工作能力方面我认真学习科室文件书写规范,认真书写一般护理记录,危重护理记录及抢救记录。遵守医|学教育网搜集整理规章制度,牢记三基(基础理论、基本知识和基本技能)三严(严肃的态度、严格的要求、严密的方法)。护理部为了提高每位护士的理论和操作水平,每月进行理论及操作考试,对于自己的工作要高

2、要求严标准。工作态度要端正,“医者父母心”,本人以千方百计解除病人的疾苦为己任。我希望所有的患者都能尽快的康复,于是每次当我进入病房时,我都利用有限的时间不遗余力的鼓励他们,耐心的帮他们了解疾并建立战胜疾病的信心,当看到病人康复时,觉得是非常幸福的事情。当一个人,总想有完美表现的时候,要背负的就更多,责任这个无形的东西也就越重。像个鞭子一样,在身后催你前进。这1 年来,徘徊过,彷徨过,甚至有很多时候有了问题,便开始怀疑自己的能力方案范文.库.整理,但一直有两个字支持着我,那就是坚持。我想无论任何人,在那样的状态下,所有的事,都要自己一个人面对和解决的时候,还有你必须面对和迎向根本摆脱不了的来自
