6、In 1997,Guangzhou Pharmaceutical signed a Trademark licensing contract(商标许可使用合同商标许可使用合同)with Hongkong Hung Group,the Investors of JDB.l In 2000,they signed a contract taht Hongkong Hung Group can rent the Trademark before May 2nd,2010.l During 2002 and 2003,they signed a Supplementary agreement that

7、 Extending the deadline to 2020.lIn May 2005,Li Yimin,the general manage of Guangzhou Pharmaceutical,were convicted of bribery from Hongkong Hung Group.lSo,Guangzhou Pharmaceutical considered the Supplementary agreement were unavailability,the deadline was to May 2nd,2010.l In April,2011,Guangzhou P
