1、立定跳远教学设计单位:城父中心中学姓名:李飞1、教材分析初中阶段,学生身心正处于快速发育成长期间,体育与健康课程标准 在水平目标四中提出要通过各种形式的练习发展跳跃能力。作为初三年级中考体育加试科目,我谯城区在最近几年中,无论是作为必考项目还是选考项目,立定跳远一直都是体育加试内容。立定跳远技术动作简单,对场地要求不大且易于操作,为了提高学生学习兴趣,本课在基本部分中采用游戏接力比赛的方式在巩固练习技能的同时培养学生合作能力和竞争意识。2、学情分析对于初二学生而言,身体素质和运动能力已经有了很好的基础,对跳跃运动项目也有了比较系统的了解,学会了一些基本运动技能及锻炼方法,在老师的引导和自身的学

2、练中已经具备了一定探究、分析和合作解决问题的能力。本节课从另外一方来讲就是发展和巩固学生的自主学习能力。3、设计理念对于天性活泼好动,勇于表现自己,富有求知欲的初中生而言,单纯地进行立定跳远的教与学,会使教材显得枯燥无味。因此,本人在教学设计上创设情境,通过趣味性的引导,侧重于学生的主题地位,激发其自主探究能力、合作意识以及创新精神的培养,促进其综合素质的提升和身心的全面发展。4、教学策略本节课本人根据立定这项体育运动队场地要求不多而且易于组织的特点,将教学 设置在田径跑道上。教学过程中准备阶段中采用多种形式的准备活动及练习方法以求达到热身的效果,基本教学中,使学生通过图片展示的方式,以小组为

3、单位,自主、探究式学习的方法,发扬民主、自由发表意见建议、团结协作及归纳总结等等学习能力。立定跳远教案课题:立定跳远授课班级:初一(2)班教师:郭飞单位:城父中心中学教材教学内容教学目标知识目标:让学生了解立定跳远的作用和意义技能目标:通过学生自主探究式学习使学会立定跳远的技术和动作方法情感目标:培养学生合作竞争意识、自信心和积极进取的优良品质教学重、难点重点:两臂用力向前上方摆,起跳积极用力蹬伸,小腿前伸难点:落地前的收腹举退及落地缓冲教学过程教学内容教师活动学生活动时间开始部分一、教 学常规整 队、检查 服装、师生问好,安排见 习生,宣布本节课的主要 内容,安排见习生。二、热 身趣 味跑

4、蛇形跑三、徒手操四、多种形式的跳跃一、执行教学常规,进行口令指挥。要求:态度亲切,口令准确,精神抖擞。二、由教师带领全班成一列纵队在操场内成蛇形跑,跑道中放置四只普通箱子,在越过纸箱时分别采用但双腿跳的形式越过。三、教师示范并喊口令,带领学生一起做徒手操练习(伸展性练习、体转运动、弓步压腿、侧压腿、手腕脚踝关节)四、教师组织学生在场地(田径场地区域)内分纵队进行多种形式的跳跃,分别有:单腿跳、双腿跳、双手背后跳、但双脚交换跳。要求:1.教师示范标准并讲解2.注意练习过程中的安全1、认真执行教师安排,队列队形站立如下:2、积极完成课堂常规内容,迅速进入课堂状态中来。要求:精神抖擞,态度端正3、学

13、长负责整合本组的学习意见和建议,并选派一致两名代表参与全班的交流。(3)认真体会老师的示范动作讲解并自我练习,不断改进自己的技术动作。要求:积极开动脑筋,争取领会技术动作要领,参与经验交流,并注意班级内的纪律。18分22分二、立定跳 远 接力比赛一、教师讲解游戏规则:全班以小组为单位共分为四组,第一个同学在跳之前双脚先在预先准备好的石灰盒内踩一下,第二个同学就站立在第一个同学跳远后留在地上的石灰脚印上开始依次接力。最终跳的最远的小组获胜。要求:(1)全班按男女生分成均匀的四组,即:每组中的男女比例相同。(2)选派见习生负责监督。二、对于比赛结果教师及时予以评价,在讲解动作的同时对学生灌输竞争意
