1、外聘业务员管理暂行办法为壮大销售队伍力量,努力开拓省外市场,现就外聘业务员等事宜作如下规定:一、聘用条件:(1)立足本土化,均在当地聘用,食宿、差旅费自理。(2)中专以上学历,年龄在2040 周岁,身高:男米、女米以上,五官端正,身体健康,无不良记录。(3)具备一定的市场调研能力、促销能力、服务能力。二、聘用方法各业务部经理根据市场及本部业务开展情况,申报聘用人数,报市场部,经分管领导审批执行。由各业务部根据报名人数择优聘用业务人员。外聘业务员求职表由各业务部门登记造册、汇总给市场部,经分管领导审批后正式启用。三、聘用人员的管理与考核1、外聘业务员由各业务部负责管理。由当地业务片区负责人下达外
2、聘业务员的每月工作计划,并报市场部存档,以便跟踪检查。2、各片区负责人应切实抓好外聘业务员的使用和管理工作。对工作不认真负责,疏于对外聘业务员的管理,造成恶劣影响,损害我厂利益的,参照销售奖考核办法扣罚片区负责人的奖金系数。精品w o r d 学习资料 可编辑资料-精心整理-欢迎下载-第 1 页,共 3 页3、各业务部负责对外聘业务员进行考核。考核内容:服从指挥、劳动纪律、出勤率、完成任务、服务质量。考核频次:每月一次。评价为好的按劳务报酬标准的100%发给,较好的按95%发给,一般的按90%发给,差的按80%发给。4、根据制定的各地区劳务报酬标准和每月考核结果,各业务部给外聘业务员造册发放劳
