1、精选党员干部“讲规矩”心得体会与党性分析材料合集党员干部“守纪律、讲规矩”党性分析材料自开展“讲政治、顾大局、守纪律”学习教育活动以来,我认真学习了实施方案,深刻领会了指导思想、步骤和要求。几天来,我对照自己的工作、学习和生活实际,进行了深度剖析和反思。为了进一步增强党员作用发挥,履职尽责意识,结合自身当前工作和思想工作作风情况,进行党性分析如下:一、存在的问题及剖析反思(一)政治素养不过硬存在的问题:一是学习自觉性、主动性不强,尤其是对党的创新理论成果掌握的不深、不透,造成了理论指导工作有差距;二是理论学习不广泛,学 xxx 事方面的多,政治方面的少;学与本职业务相关的多,与本职业务无关的少
2、,造成了知识面比较狭窄、单一;三是思想观念跟不上新形势发展的节奏,对宗旨意识存在模糊认识,造成工作针对性不强,工作有事倍功半的现象。剖析原因:一是对学习政治理论的重要性认识不足,导致学习观念不强,没有做到与时俱进、紧跟时代,存在追求学习制度和落实学习任务的局限性;二是学习浮于表面、不够深入,知识面不广,思路不够宽阔,有时处理问题和工作方法不灵活;三是没有牢固树立理论联系实践的思想,没有把有限的理论学习成果更好的转化为实际工作能力。(二)责任意识不过硬存在的问题:一是奉献意识不强。献身国防、扎根基层的思想不牢固;二是敬业精神不强。工作动力不足,有得过且过的思想,落实工作有时存在偏差;三是表率意识
3、不强。安排工作时多,具体落实的少;指挥的多,身体力行的少;要求 xxx 的多,要求自己的少;榜样作用发挥不明显;二是缺乏全心全意为 xxx 服务的思想,服务意识不强。剖析原因:一是缺乏理想目标和工作热情,进取意识弱化;二是对对党员 xxx 先锋模范作用的重要性认识不到位,身先士卒、模范带头意识弱化;三是工作中有“差不多、过得去”的思想,重经验,轻制度,缺乏苦干的思想准备,吃苦意识弱化;四是对新时期 xxx 的思想特点没有认真细致的研究、对待士xxx 的态度还没有从根本转变,对 xxx 的关心爱护不够,谈心交心的意识不强,对部分 xxx 的所需所想把握不准。文档编码:CN7W10S10J10I5
