1、地下室底板高分子自粘胶膜防水卷材预铺反粘法施工工法1.前言房屋建筑工程中,地下室处于地面以下,对防水防潮的要求很高,而且地下室防水一直是工程施工人员和整个建设领域的一个重要且难以克服的问题,随着建筑技术的发展,对建筑物施工防水的质量、环保要求也越来越高,需要选用更加优良的防水材料,采用先进的施工工艺,以保证建筑物的防水要求和结构安全。近年来,高分子自粘胶膜防水卷材预铺反粘法广泛应用于地下室的防水防潮工程中,因其良好的粘结性、高强度、热稳定性等得到了良好的防水效果,本工法主要对地下室底板防水特点及施工工序等进行了详细的说明。2.工法特点卷材与混凝土结构粘为一体,长期浸水环境下依然密不可分,有效控

2、制窜水现象。基面要求低,潮湿甚至未找平基面均可施工,无需底涂及预处理,且预铺后在卷材上直接绑扎钢筋,不要混凝土保护层,节约工期。良好的抗穿刺能力,由于预铺卷材后直接在卷材上绑扎钢筋,要求卷材具有强度高,抗穿刺能力。高分子自粘胶膜防水卷材具有耐紫外线性能,防止由于紫外线的照射而减小了卷材的粘结力。施工范围宽,全年均可施工,不受季节性影响。施工过程无需溶剂和燃料,避免了环境污染和消防隐患。3.适用范围本工法适用于一般民用及工业建筑的地下室或半地下室底板防水工程的高分子自粘胶膜防水卷材施工。4.工艺原理高分子自粘胶膜防水卷材预铺反粘法是将表面处理后不粘的胶粘层朝向施工人员,然后将液态混凝土直接浇筑在

3、卷材上,待混凝土固化后,在卷材与混凝土之间形成连续牢固的粘结。其施工顺序如下:基层处理空铺卷材,经处理胶粘面朝向施工人员铺设钢筋浇筑混凝土。高分子自粘胶膜防水卷材预铺施工还有以下特别原理:(1)单层铺设,拐角处无需加强层。预铺防水卷材与传统防水材料不同,只需单层铺设就可以达到很好的防水效果,并且这一层必须与结构混凝土满粘。在拐角处无需加强层,这大幅度节约了材料的用量。(2)高分子自粘胶膜预铺防水卷材对基层要求简单,只需要最低限度的表面处理,不需要底油或热气烘干潮湿的基层,无挥发性物质;当混凝土基层达到可以上人的强度后,就可以施工。(3)高分子自粘胶膜预铺防水卷材施工温度范围宽,在全年的很多季节

11、U4R2U2 HE10F2U2R5Z7 ZZ5F2R8X1Y6图 底板防水结构图操作要点基层处理水平基层表面应是整块的混凝土地面或者是密实度很好的粒状填料砂土垫层,垫层要避免使用松散骨料或棱角尖锐的骨料,砂石应使用多角状的,而不用倾斜面或凹凸面的,可在潮湿面上施工,但表面若有积水,则需清除干净,以免影响搭接边的粘结,从而影响防水性能。卷材安装预铺式高分子自粘胶膜防水卷材铺设时将搭接边重叠,用钢锟子压紧搭接边确保其粘结完全,保证防水的连续性和整体性。预铺式高分子自粘胶膜防水卷材在摄氏-4 度以上均可以进行施工。在低温施工时,可用煤气灯或类似器具对搭接边适度加热,除去上面的湿气以提高粘结度。卷材搭

12、接边宽度为70 毫米,注意保证搭接区的下面部位干净,乾燥,没有灰尘。当两块卷材已搭接在一起,施工要连续进行,辊压搭接边要用力,这样才能保证搭接边的良好粘结。钢筋安装防水卷材铺好后,因其具有较强的抗穿刺性,可不用混凝土保护层,直接上人安装钢筋,实现卷材与混凝土结构满粘。混凝土浇筑预铺式高分子自粘胶膜防水卷材铺好以后21 天内要浇注混凝土,浇注过程须小心振捣,避免防水材料破损。拆除模板为保证混凝土和卷材结合良好,要等混凝土硬化到一定抗压强度才可拆模。6.材料与设备高分子自粘胶膜防水卷材基本构造高分子片材、高分子自粘胶、紫外保护层/上人隔离层,如有需要,表面需隔离膜或隔文档编码:CB10J10U4R

20、铺施工时无混凝土保护层,可直接上人施工,因此其表面需有一层防粘脚的材料或者措施。根据工地情况,在常温下,工人直接站立在卷材上 5 min 后,还可以挪动脚。卷材强度高高分子自粘胶膜防水卷材施工时,工人需直接在其上绑扎钢筋,缺少了混凝土保护层,卷材被钢筋破坏的几率大幅度增加,因此,要求卷材具有良好的抗穿刺能力。预铺/湿铺防水卷材中规定高分子自粘胶膜防水卷材的抗拉强度大于 500 N/50mm。耐紫外性能紫外线对热熔胶粘剂的性能有严重影响。实际工程中,施工进度难以严格控制,防水卷材外露的时间可能长于 1 周,特别是分段施工时,段与段连接处的卷材可能外露超过 1 个月。因此,高分子自粘胶膜预铺防水卷
