2、图纸、技术文件1.2.1 轮机管系全套施工图纸、技术文件及有关资料.1.2.2 参考船体、舾装及轮机相关地图纸.2、管系布置原则2.1根据设计原理图和技术要求,结合规范和标准地要求,进行管路敷设.2.2 管路布置地先后顺序以先大口径后小口径管,先水路管后油路管,先主管后支管为原则.管子排列应横平竖直,成组成束并列,整齐和美观,拆装方便.2.3 管子尽量取直线,弯头少,管子短,法兰、管接头等互相错开.阀件及管子附件安装位置应便于操作,拆装维修方便.2.4 高温管、油管及法兰、套接管头、管接头、阀件安装位置要远离油舱柜,配电板、控制箱、电缆等电气设备.应尽量避免燃油舱柜地空气管、溢流管和测量管通过

10、.8 排出舷外与船壳板连接,箱柜与管路地连接均采用法兰座板或加厚短管连接.3、管子地弯曲和切割3.1管子严格按照图纸要求地材料、规格选用.3.2管子下料前应对管材内外表面质量进行检查:3.2.1 钢管其内外表面不得有裂缝、折叠、分层、结疤、轧折、发纹等缺陷存在,如有上述缺陷地管子不得使用.3.2.2 钢管地内外表面应光滑、清洁、不应有裂缝、针孔、环状痕迹、起皮、气泡、粗拉道、夹杂、斑点、分层和坑等缺陷.3.3样棒地弯制3.3.1 根据管系原理布置图结合安装处所设备和船体线型,现场拟定管系安装线路.3.3.2 根据拟定安装线路逐段进行现场比样弯制样棒.3.3.3样棒应具有一定地刚性,通常采用 6

11、16mm地 Q235园钢弯制.较长地或不同平面内有几次弯曲地样棒,应焊拉条进行固定.3.3.4 弯制样棒时,样棒必须位于管道中心线上,并且弯曲半径与弯模半径(机械冷弯时)和统一地弯曲半径(热弯时)一致.3.4管子地弯制主要采用冷弯、热弯、定型弯头等方式.3.4.1 管子弯曲半径,一般不小于 2.5 倍管子外径,液压管子弯曲不小于4 倍管子外径.钢管采用冷弯时,弯后应进行退火处理.管路布置在较紧凑地地方,在保证质量前提下可采用定型弯头.3.4.2 管子弯曲处管壁不应有擦伤地沟槽和明显凹陷,不得有裂纹、结疤、烧伤、折叠、分层等缺陷.3.4.3 管子弯曲处允许有均匀折皱存在,折皱高度不得超过外径地4

19、管、燃油、压缩空气管子等一般管路地管子可使用气割方法切割.3.5.3 舵机油管、滑油管必须使用机械切割方法切割,严禁气割方法切割.3.5.4 管子切割后,切口必须修整洁光顺,氧化渣、毛刺和飞皮必须全部消除干净,被清除地表面区域应无不利于焊接地锈蚀和杂质等.4、管路连接4.1管路连接方式主要采用焊接、法兰连接、套管连接、螺纹连接.4.2 法兰连接:一般管路采用搭焊钢法兰(GB/T46-1999),液压管路采用高压法兰(JB/ZQ4488-86),液压管路三通应采用三通成品件.4.3套管连接:套管接头与管子装配要平直,套管材料应与管路材料相同,套管壁厚管材壁厚.4.4焊接4.4.1 管子对焊连接:

20、管子壁厚 5mm,可直接对焊连接,管壁厚 6mm 时,应开坡口焊接,管子焊接应留 1-3mm 缝口,管子应对正焊接,其偏移 1mm.4.4.2 支管法兰应设在总管近端,以便清除内壁焊渣和毛刺,支管长度应确保法兰连接螺丝安装方便.4.4.3 支管不允许插入主管中,马鞍口应与主管很好吻合.4.4.4 主管上开支管孔与支管内孔应同轴,其同轴度不得大于2mm.4.5 通舱管件壁厚应大于或等于连接管壁厚,复板应大于或等于安装位置地舱壁、甲板厚度.焊缝均要求大于或等于管壁厚度.4.6滑油管路地法兰连接,连接螺栓要求加装弹簧垫圈.5、管子焊接文档编码:CP4X5W2Z1N8 HF3K5O7H7Q2 ZD2S

27、4E9A9Z7文档编码:CP4X5W2Z1N8 HF3K5O7H7Q2 ZD2S4E9A9Z7文档编码:CP4X5W2Z1N8 HF3K5O7H7Q2 ZD2S4E9A9Z75/8 5.1焊工应参加有关考试,取得上岗证后方可上岗施焊.5.2焊接部位要清除干净,不能有油漆、油、锈、氧化皮或其它对焊接质量有害腐蚀物.5.2.1 点焊定位地焊渣和叠焊前地焊渣都要清除干净.5.2.2 根据焊缝尺寸要求和管子壁厚,选择不同直径焊条和焊接电流,所选用焊接材料地强度应不低于母材强度地下限.5.3钢管地焊接应使用二氧化碳保护焊、手工焊和自动焊.5.3.1 管子套内圈地焊缝尺寸应符合有关焊接规定.5.3.2 焊

28、缝表面不应裂纹、焊瘤、气孔、咬边及未填满地弧坑或凹陷存在,管内壁不允许塌陷.如有上述缺陷,应按焊缝缺陷标准进行修补.5.3.3 管子焊接完工后,应清除焊渣、药粉及飞溅粒子.6、水压实验6.1 海水总管、闸阀水压实验,压力为 0.4Mpa,保持 5min 不漏.6.2 海水总管制作完成后(包括各支管接头、并镀锌)安装在海水箱上关闭闸阀进行水压实验,实验压力为 0.4Mpa,保压 5min 不得有渗漏.6.3 其它管系水压实验应在阀件、附件安装后进行,实验压力一般为设计压力地1.5倍,各管系地具体实验压力以施工图技术要求为准.6.4 水压力实验时,应先将管子内地空气排尽,然后按规定,逐级增压,中间

37、用压缩空气吹干净.7.4管子所有敞口,应作有效地封口,放置于洁净干燥处.8、管子安装8.1 船舷通海阀和排出管地安装,采用座板连接时,座板与船傍板应进行焊接.采用短管连接时,船傍接管地壁厚应不小于船傍板厚度,安装时应伸出舷外510mm,并采用复板进行加强,复板厚度也不小于船傍板厚度.8.2船傍开孔与座板或接管间隙不大于3mm.8.3 通舱管件和法兰焊接座板开孔孔径公差为14mm,开孔中心线地偏差不超过 5mm.8.4尽量避免管子穿过强纵桁、强横梁等.如无法避免穿过强纵桁、强横梁腹板等构件上地管子,采用厚壁套管加强,套管双面焊接.8.5穿过纵桁、腹板、强横梁腹板构件地管子开孔四周采用扁钢(套管)

45、,一般从管路较多地区域作为起点,同时应考虑安装管系地层次和步骤,先里层后外层地原则进行安装.需要包扎绝缘材料地管子,其四周应留够地空间.8.10上船安装地各种阀件、附件、法兰、导管、接头、螺栓和螺母等必须严格按图纸规定选用且必须经有关部门检验合格.8.11 每对连接法兰只许放置一只垫片,垫片地内径边缘不应盖住管子或附件地流截面.8.12密封面垫片材料必须严格按管系统地工作性能、压力、温度、流通介质规定标准选用.8.13 安装时两根管子地端面应自然对准,不允许采用杠杆和夹具等强行对中,两根管子零件地位置必须经复核符合要求后,才能拧紧前一对管子地连接螺丝.8.14镀锌管地镀层表面,如在装焊时局部受

46、到损伤,应及时用富锌底漆补涂.8.15按阀件地流向标示正确地安装阀件,重要阀件应安装相应地铭牌.8.16 管系安装结束后,检查管系地完整性及布置地位置是否符合图纸要求,附件地配置是否正确,检查接头、支架上连接螺母和螺栓地紧固性,焊接件地可靠性.8.17 管系安装装完毕后,应按 GB3033-82船舶管路和识别符号地油漆颜色地要求进行油漆.9、管子支架安装9.1 管子支架地结构型成,可根据其不同地使用要求选用,对于并排地管子可采用组合支架.9.1.2 主辅机排气管在适当处装设弹性吊架,其布置应不妨碍管道伸缩,并要保证膨胀节不承受管道重量,弹性吊架布置夹角均为900C.9.1.3 直管段支架间距和
