1、山体公园单支点索道运输施工方案一、山体公园铁塔工程概况工程沿线地形以高山大岭为主,地表植被茂密,树木密集,且沿线村庄较少,几乎没有运输道路可以利用,工程材料、器材运输十分困难。其中铁塔位距小型山地运输车辆可到达之处最远约有4km,修筑盘山运输道路要损毁大量树木和植被,占用大量土地,经核算要实现修路运输,投资额巨大,且不符合国家环保、土地和林业政策要求。加之上述塔位工程材料、器材的运输量大(累计约120t),若以传统的人力或畜力运输,除需要修筑简易的运输道路外,劳动强度高,施工效率低,运输周期长,另外塔材单件最重达,采用人力和畜力运输根本无法运输。二、单支点索道运输施工技术应用对现场进行多次详细

2、的实地调查,并结合山区施工材料运输常用的“道轨运输”、“索道运输”和“地面牵引拖车运输”等几种方法。经过周密的可行性分析和技术经济比较后,认为采用单支点架空索道运输具有施工投入小、作业简单、劳动效率高、受天气及外部环境因素影响小等优点,同时避免了因修筑运输道路而占用大量土地,损毁树木和植被,符合绿色环保施工的要求,对于解决山区和林区施工材料和器材的运输难题具有较高的经济技术性能比。三、架空索道架设位置的确定对拟选取的各种架设位置进行现场实地调查,并按照架空索道跨距最小、中间没有明显凸出物、两端地势平坦的原则择优选取;架设位置确定后使用全站仪对其平断面进行精确测量。四、架空索道运输有关技术参数选

3、取索道型式:单支点单索往复式架空索道;跨距:200400m;高 差 角:高差角一般在45以下,最大不超过60;运载能力:最大运载能力2t;运行速度:运行最大速度为2m/s;承 载 索:普通钢丝绳(637 股),安全系数取;支 撑 架:360 360角钢抱杆;牵引动力:卷扬机1 台(5t);牵 引 索:9 普通钢丝绳(637 股,参考重量 m),安全系数取;计算条件:不考虑覆冰影响、温度变化的影响和风力的作用。计算索道档距离为200400m(按实际测量档距为准),高差角为 45,支撑架高度根据具体地形和高差以及跨越物确定,本工程选择抱杆高度为9m。五、架空索道的组成及现场布置架空索道由承力索、支

11、空索道运输系统的安装与调试流程机具运输清理通道埋设地锚支撑架安装承力索架设牵引系统安装提料斗安装(吊装动滑车组安装)系统调试原材料运输。索道运输系统的安装与调试流程分述如下:清理通道将架空索道走廊内影响索道安装或运输的地上障碍物清理干净,并对两侧料场及支撑架安置处的地面进行平整。地锚埋设地锚规格和埋设位置符合架空索道平面布置要求,7t 地锚钢丝绳套为双套,卸扣为 8t 级;7t 地锚的有效埋设深度满足,3t 地锚的有效埋设深度满足,马道坡度不大于40o。支撑架安装如图 6-1 所示,使用360360 钢抱杆作支撑架,其脚部安装防沉鞋并设有 15 链裆钢丝绳,防其不均匀下沉和侧滑;支撑架头文档编

19、支撑架在地面组装后,采用5m人字木质抱杆起立。支撑架在正常状态下只承受轴向压力,禁止在支撑架中部加载额外荷载。图 5-1 索道支撑架组装示意图承力索架设如图 6-2 所示,承力索采用张力牵放方法架设。具体施工方法如下:首先,用动力伞展放 4 迪尼玛绳,然后用 4 迪尼玛绳张力展放 9 牵引索。第二步:将承力索线轴通过 5t 机动绞磨后和盘在5t 卷扬机线轴上的 9 牵引索连接。第三步:启动5t 卷扬机慢慢收回 9 牵引钢丝绳,并控制绞磨缓缓松出承力索,始终保持被展放的承力索呈架空状态。第四步:当承力索头被牵至支撑架并通过承力滑车后,再继续将其牵至地面锚线位置,用卡线器锚固承力索,松出其端头并与
