1、毕 业 设 计题目:多电梯群控运行的PLC控制系统设计姓名:_ 学号:_ 学院:机电学院专业:机械工程及自动化指 导教 师:_ 协助指导教师:_年月日北京联合大学毕业设计-I-摘要随着社会经济的发展及科技的迅速发展以及人们对社会需求的多样化,促使电梯不断的发展以满足人们的需求。本毕业设计是针对多电梯的群控运行进行PLC控制系统设计。本设计采用的是德国西门子公司S7-1200 系列的可编程控制器CPU1214C 作为核心控制器,配合扩展模块SM1223来实现三部六层电梯的控制,并且采用触摸屏实现上位监控系统设计。本设计的电梯控制系统可以实现三部电梯的群控智能控制,每部电梯均可实现降压启动、高速运

10、ns S7-1200 PLC as the core controller CPU1214C,with expansion module SM1223 to achieve three six storey elevator control,and the touching screen to realize the design of the monitor system.The design of the elevator control system can realize the three elevators intelligent control,each elevator can

33、4 ZD4W2D1L2N1北京联合大学毕业设计-1-引言伴随我国经济的快速发展和城镇化进程的不断深入发展,高层建筑不断增多,电梯在国民经济和生活中有着广泛的应用。我国的电梯行业正经历着一个高速发展期,目前,我国在电梯产量、电梯保有量、电梯增长率方面均为世界第一。中国产业调研网发布的2015-2020 年中国电梯行业现状研究分析及市场前景预测报告认为:随着我国二三线城市的快速发展以及城镇化进程的不断推进,带动经济建设快速发展。特别是国家在今后几年对保障房市场的投入,将使得包含保障性住房在内的住宅建设总量依然呈增长趋势,将带动电梯的需求量进一步增长。因此,我国在今后相当长的时间内还将是全球最大的电

34、梯市场,仍有巨大潜力。电梯技术的发展水平体现了社会科学进步的程度,因此有效地改善电梯的客流调度及运输效果一直是国际电梯业所重视的课题之一。电梯群组的合理控制不但要对电梯当前运行状况做出分析评价,还要对电梯将来运行需求做出推理预测,更要对电梯如何调度、如何控制做出决策。从电梯运行的控制智能化角度讲,要求电梯有优质的服务质量。控制程序中应采用先进的调度规则,使群控治理有最佳的派梯模式。现在的群控算法中已不是单一地依靠“乘客等候时间最短”为目标,而是采用模糊理论、神经网络、专家系统的方法,将要综合考虑的因素(即专家知识)吸收到群控系统中往。现今国内多台电梯控制水平还不理想,有待进一步发展,目前国内使

42、梯存在的问题传统的继电器控制电梯存在发生故障率较高、控制可靠性能差、接线复杂等缺点;一旦某个触点接触不良就会引起故障,对于后期维修比较困难。因此开发一种安全、高效的控制电梯的方式呼之欲出。1.2 中国电梯市场前景在经济大发展的前提下,高楼建筑如雨后春笋越来越多,楼层也不断增高,电梯作为高楼大厦必不可少的工具。正改变着人们的生活水平,方便人们出行,电梯的应用逐年增高,市民们对电梯的舒适度,电梯安全和对电梯的速度的要求更加严苛。通过对电梯控制系统的改造设计,以 PLC 控制的系统设计更能满足人们对物质生活的追求。随着 可编程逻辑控制技术的不断发展,PLC的体积在减小,功能越来越强大,对被控对象过程

43、的控制更平稳。因此,PLC已经成为电梯控制系统设计的核心技术之一。因此应用PLC 设计稳定、可靠的电梯系统具有较大意义。1.3 主要研究内容本毕业设计主要研究多电梯群控运行的PLC控制系统设计,具体以实现三部六层电梯的集群控制控制为目的。具体任务包括电梯初始化功能,开关门控制,轿厢的启停控制,错误指令消除,待载休眠功能。以及对电梯整个运行系统进行上位监控并在异常状态做出相应报警。在满足单部电梯的基础上将三部电梯组成一组进行集中控制,合理分配;从而缩短乘客的平均候梯和乘梯时间;减少系统整体能耗提高经济效益。文档编码:CT8J4E4U3M1 HL2D10S6K6A4 ZD4W2D1L2N1文档编码
