1、合胖瑞杰佳禾餐饮管理HefeiRidgeJiaheRestaurantManagementLimitedCompany菲律宾员工外聘合约BFilipinoExpatriateStaffEmploymentContract教师/蜜斯：MR/MISS:合胖瑞杰佳禾餐饮管理谨代表按照以下条目，聘请阁下为:。HefeiRidgeJiaheRestaurantManagementLimitedCompanyonbehalfofLikestoemployyouas。(1)合约限日本合约有效期为年，由年月日至年月日期满。Contractpriced;Thiscontractislastforeffectiv

2、efromyear,toexpire.(2)每月薪金在合约期内，阁下每月薪金为。MonthlySalaryDuringthecontractperiod,therestaurantoffersasyourmonthlysalary.(3)集团所得税集团承担每月薪金的集团所得税。SelfSalaryTaxSelfrespondstopayyourmonthlysalarytax.(4)义务时辰1、每周义务40小时。2、如因义务表现不梦想需要之超时加班培训，将不获发任何补偿。Workingtime1、Fortyhoursaweek.2、Ifyourworkperformanceisnotsatis

3、factoryandyouhavetolakeovertimetotrain,youwillnotentitletoreceiveanycompensationfromourrestaurant.(5)假期义务满一年后享有15天年假含中华国夷易近共跟国法定假期及休息日、年假必须延迟一个月向上级主管局部恳求，同时一次性放完。如不休年假，经餐厅周经理赞同，餐厅给以等于一个月薪金作为补偿。年假定不餐厅总经理赞同不得累积至下一年。ResDaysandAnnualHolidaysAfteronefullyearsservice,youareentitledto15annualholidays(inclu

4、ding10days&Chinapublicholidays&restdays),annualholidaysmustbeappliedtoyourdepartmentheadone-monthinadvance,andyoucouldonlytakeleaveinoneliock.Ifyoudonttaketheannualholidays,afteryougettheapprovalofrestaurantsgeneralmanager,ourrestaurantwillgiveyoucompensationequivalentyourone-monthsalary.Withoutthea

5、pprovalofthegeneralmanageroftherestaurant,annualholidaysmaynotbeaccumulatedtonextyear.(6)福利酬劳可获餐厅供应该职位之免费义务餐及过夜标准按餐厅规那么跟过夜水电、煤气补贴￥80/月，逾越阁下自付。WelfareOurrestaurantwillprovideyouwithfreedutymealsandlodging.Electricty,waterandgasallowanceofyourhousingareRMB￥80.00permonth,overisyourownexpense.(7)入职前体检阁上

6、去之前，应在所在地正轨医院停顿体检；来的时候，应持有所在地正轨医院出具体检合格证明；来之后，按照中国政府有关餐食行业条例，入职前必须停顿体检，如因检查不合格，阁下须自费前去来自国家及担负阁上去自所在所发作的一切签证费用，餐厅不担负任何费用。MedicalCheckupBeforecome,youshouldhaveamedicalcheckupinyournativeofficialhospital,Whencome,youshouldhaveacertificatehere,youhavetoundergoandpassthemedicalexaminationsconductedIncas

7、e,youcouldnotpassthemedicalexaminations,ofgoodhealthissuedbyyournativeofficialhospital.AftercomebytheChinesegovernmentauthorities.youwillbesentbacktoyourcountryatyourownexpense.FurtheryouwillshoulderthecostsofprocessingfeeinPhilippinesandthevisafee(entry)andworkingvisa.(8)职位转移如餐厅提出恳求，阁下调往在不的所在或分店义务，

8、阁下在本合约的同等条件及约定下须遵从安排。JobTransferOnrequestbyourrestaurant,youwillbetransferredtoworkinotherplaceordifferentbranchunderthesametermsandconditionsandwithoutrejection.(9)往断交通费本合约餐厅将供应阁下免费来去来自所在的交通费一次，并凭发票报销。ComingandDepartureTrafficFeeOurrestaurantwillprovideyouwithafreeroundtripairticketfromPhilippinest

9、oChinaandfromChinatoPhilippinesclaimedwithreceipt.(10)停顿合约合约有效时代，如餐厅提出扫除合约恳求，将会延迟一个月书面通知阁下或以相当之月薪金作为补偿。在公约期内，如因阁下缘故提出扫除合约，阁下须延迟一个月以书面通知给局部主管或以相当之月的薪金给公司作为补偿，经接纳后，自费前去来自国家；且赔偿来我司义务发作的一切费用跟相当于一个月薪金的培训费用。ContractTerminationDuringthecontractperiod,ifourrestaurantwantstoterminatethiscontract,ourrestauran

10、twillgiveone-monthwrittennoticeorequivalentone-monthsalarytoyouforcompensation.Duringthecontractperiod,ifyouwanttoterminatethiscontract,youshouldgivewrittennoticetoyourdepartmentheadonemonthinadvanceortheequivalentamounttoleftmonthssalaryincontractperiodtoourcompanyascompensation,afteraccepted,youwi

11、llgobacktoyourcountryatyourownexpense.Further,youwillshoulderthecostsofcomingheretoworkandtrainingfeethatisequivalenttoone-monthsalary.(11)出现以下情况，本合约破刻自行扫除不须延迟通知；Asfollowcases,thiscontractwillbecancelledimmediatelywithoutnotice;1、阁下患沾扶病或其他不适合餐食行业义务的疾病，或非因工伤半年内累计离岗3天不包括住院治疗。Ifyouhaceinfectiousdisease

12、andotherdiseasewhichcannotbepermittedtoworkinthisposition;orbewoundedinworkingtimefortotally3-day-awaywithinhalfyearduringthiscontractperiod(exceptstayinhospital)2、阁下被餐厅按照“人力资源员工管理手册辞退的。Dismissedbyourrestaurantunder“HumanResourcesStaffManagementHandbook.3、阁下触犯中国法律、法则、受到刑事奖励。YoubreakthelawsofChinaand

13、arepunishedbycriminalcourt.(12)其他事项：Othermatters:1、在任职时代或离职后一年，因义务之关系而得知有关餐厅及集团的业务治疗包括财务、行政及人事秘密资料，不得转辞不人。Duringworkperiodorresignedwithinoneyear,thebusinessinformationwhichisrelatedtoourrestaurantandgroup(includingfinance,administrationandhumanresourcessecretinformation),andknownfromyourworkmustbekeptinsecretandnottotellanybody.2、作为餐厅职工，必须尽忠职守，竭诚为拓展餐厅业务而努力义务。Beourrestaurantstaff,youmustbeobedientandworkhardtodevelopbusinessforourrestaurant.合胖瑞杰佳禾餐饮管理HefeiRidgeJiaheRestaurantManagementLimitedCompany日期：
