1、项城神舟名居 1#住宅楼降水施工专项方案郑州重阳建筑安装有限公司二一二年十二月二日降水施工专项方案本 工 程 土 方 开 挖 方 量 主 要 集 中在 冬 季 施 工,地 下 水位 在3.1m3.6m米左右,降水量不大。故在施工中应采取下列措施。1、地下水位在 3.1m3.6m米左右,基坑深度大于地下水位,为了便于施工,因此必须做好降水措施,避免给工程质量和施工带来危害。2.根据地勘报告土质分析,宜采用深井降水的施工办法进行降水,即将抽水设备放置在深井中进行抽水达到降低地下水位,以便于施工的目的。3.深井布置:按无压完整井环形井点系统公式计算出深井井点系统总涌水量后,沿基槽一边每隔1520 米

10、时进行检查。在抽水过程中,应经常检查和调节离心泵的出水阀门以控制流水量,当地下水位降到所要求的水位后,要减少出水阀门的出水量,尽量使抽吸与排水保持均匀,达到降水的连续性。在抽水过程中,特别是开始抽水时,应检查有无井点管淤塞的死井,可通过管内无水流声、管子表面是否潮湿等方法进行检查,。如“死井”数量超过10%,则严重影响降水效果,应及时采取措施,采用高压水反复冲洗处理。在打井点之前应勘察现场,若发现场内有旧建筑基础、隐性墓地等应及早向有关部门上报。基坑周围上部应挖好水沟,防止雨水渗流入基坑。井点位置应距沟槽边1.5 米以上,以防止井点设置影响沟槽边土坡的稳定性。水泵抽出的水应施工方案设置的明沟排
