30、H4R4 HJ4O3J1M3E8 ZG6L3L2O1C66 2.4 基面的选择本零件是有精度较高要求的孔的叉架零件,平面和孔是设计的基准,也是装配和测量的基准,在加工时,应尽量以平面为基准。例如,先铣出凸块侧面及其两有平行度要求的平面,再加工的平面为精基准,加工出两短圆柱的四个端面,同样,也是以该已加工表面为基准钻出两同轴的10H7 孔;加工前后四个圆柱端面时,先以凸块表面为基准,在铣床上利用组合铣刀一次性铣出端面。2.5 钻孔工序加工方法的选择由于 10H7 表面粗糙度要求为Ra1.6,经济精度为IT7,可确定加工方案为:钻削粗铰精铰2.6 制定工艺路线制定工艺路线得出发点,应当是使零件的几
