5、,3.0.6,3.0.15,4.9.3,4.10.8,4.10.10,and5.7.4areobligatorythathavetobecarriedoutstrictly.TheoriginalCodeforAcceptanceofConstructionQualityofBuildingGroundGB5020-95abolishesatthesametime.TheMinistryofConstructionwillberesponsibleforthemanagementandexplanationontheobligatoryclauses.TheAdministrationofCo
6、nstructionofJiangsuProvincewillberesponsiblefortheexplanationonthedetailedtechnicalcontents,andtheStandardRationResearchInstituteoftheMinistryofConstructionwillorganizetheChinaPlanningPublishingHousetoissuethepublication.TheMinistryofConstructionofthePeoplesRepublicofChinaApril1,2002Theclausesinblac

30、.3 Thematerialsadoptedintheconstructionofbuildinggroundshallmeetwiththedesigningrequirementsandthedemandinthecode,andshallmeetwiththeregulationsinthestatecode.Thematerialsthatentertheconstructionsiteshallhavequalitycertificate,specification,modelandperformancetestingreportinChinese.Re-inspectionrepo
31、rtshallbeavailableforimportantmaterials.3.0.4 ThenaturalstonessuchasmarbleandgranitetobeusedonthebuildinggroundshallmeetwiththeregulationsontheamountlimitedforhazardousmaterialsinrelevantmaterialsinthecurrentindustrialStandardforClassificationandControlofRadioactivePreventionofNaturalStoneProductsJC
32、518.Testingreportshallbeavailableforthematerialstoentertheconstructionsite.3.0.5 Materialssuchasadhesiveagent,asphaltadhesionandpaintingsshallbeselectedaccordingtothedesigningrequirements,andshallmeetwiththerequirementsinthecurrentstatestandardCodeforControlofIndoorEnvironmentalPollutionofCivilEngin
33、eeringGB50325.3.0.6 Theplateorboardmaterialsusedinthebathroomsthathaveanti-sliprequirementsshallbeincompliancewiththedesigningrequirements.3.0.7 Theconstructionofbuildinggroundshallonlybestartedafterthecompletionoftheconstructionssuchasditchesandburiedpipelineunderground,inspectedqualifiedandtheconc
34、ealingrecordisdone.3.0.8 Thelayingofthebasecourses(allstructuralcourses)andsurfacecoursesofthebuildinggroundshallonlybestartedafterthequalificationinspectionofthelowercourse.Beforethelayingofallcoursesoftheconstructionofbuildingground,jointinspectionshallbecarriedoutbetweentheconstructionofsubsectio
35、n(sub-subsection),sub-itemconstructionandequipmentpipelineinstallation.3.0.9 Duringtheconstructionofthebuildingground,thecontrolofenvironmentaltemperatureofeachcourseshallmeetwiththefollowingrequirements:1. Itshallnotbelowerthan50Cwhenpavingorlayingthemixedmaterialswithcementandlimeaswellasthepetrol
36、eumasphalt;2. Itshallnotbelowerthan100Cwhenorganicadhesiveagentisadopted;3. Itshallnotbelowerthan00Cwhenthesandorstonematerialsareusedforlaying.3.0.10Whenlayingthegroundwithslope,theheightdifferenceoffoundationearthlayerincompliancewiththedesigningrequirementsshallbeadopted.Whenlayingthefloorwithslo
37、pe(orsuspendedfloor),therequiredslopecanbegotbychangingthedepthoffillercourse(ortrowelingcourse)ontheconcreteboardormakingslopestructurally.3.0.11Fortheauxiliaryconstructionssuchasoutdoorapron,openfurrow,footboard,stepsandramp,thesurfacecourseandbasecourses(allstructuralcourses)shallallbeincomplianc
38、ewiththedesigningrequirements.Theregulationsonthefoundationearthlayerandrelevantunderlayinthiscodeshallbeimplementedduringtheconstruction.3.0.12Stretchingandshrinkagecracksshallbesetupintheapronoropenfurrowintheconcrete,thelinearmeterdistancenomorethan10mandhousecornerwith450seam.Cracktreatmentshall
39、becarriedoutinthejointplacesofcementconcreteapron,openfurrowandstepswiththebuildings.Thewidthoftheabovementionedcrackshallbe15-20mm,andsoftsealingmaterialsshallbefilledinthecracks.3.0.13Deformedcrackonthebuildinggroundshallbesetupaccordingtothedesigningrequirementsandshallmeetwiththefollowingregulat
40、ions:1. Thepositionsofsedimentcrack,stretchingcrack,shrinkagecrackandanti-earthquakecrackonthebuildinggroundshallbeinconsistencywiththecorrespondingstructuralcracks,andshallinterpenetrateallthestructuralcoursesonthebuildingground;2. Thewidthofthesedimentcrackandanti-earthquakecrackshallmeetwiththede
41、signingdocuments,insidethecrackshallbecleanedthoroughly,andthecrackshallbecoveredafterfillingthesoftsealingmaterialsinsideandshallbelevelwiththesurfacecourse;3.0.14Whenthereisnorequirementonthebuildinggroundbraiding,thefollowingregulationsshallbemet:1. Metalbraidingpartsshallbesetupontheconnectionbe
42、tweentheentirecementsurfacecoursewithothertypeofsurfacecoursesunderstrongmechaniceffects;2. Whenterrazzosurfacecourseisadopted,braidingshallbemadebydivisionbarsmadeofsamecategoryofmaterials;3. Sametypeofmaterialsshallbeusedforthebraidingofbarsurfacecourseandbricksurfacecoursewithothersurfacecourses;
43、4. Whenwood,bambooorplasticplatesurfacecourseisadopted,braidingshallbemadeofsamecategoryofmaterials;5. Braidingshallbesetattheconnectionofgroundsurfacecoursewithpipeditch,holesandinspectionwells;6. Thebraidingpartsonthepipeditchanddeformedcrackonthebuildinggroundshallbesetbeforethelayingofthesurface
44、course.3.0.15Differenceofelevationofthesurfacecoursesofbathroom,kitchenandbuildinggroundwithwaterdrainage(orotherliquid)requirementswiththesurfacecoursesthattheyareconnectedshallmeetwiththedesigningrequirements.3.0.16Thenumberofgroupforinspectingthestrengthsampleboardofcementconcreteandcementplasmas
45、hallnotbelessthanoneaccordingtotheconstructionofbuildingground(orinspectingbatch).Whentheconstructionareaofthebuildinggroundismorethan1000m2ofeachcourse(orinspectingbatch),onegroupofsamplingboardshallbemadeforevery1000m2increased,iflessthan1000m2,calculatedasper1000m2.Ifthemixproportionchanges,thenu
46、mberofgroupofsamplingboardsshallbemadecorrespondingly.3.0.17Thelayingofeachsurfacecourseshallbecarriedoutafterthecompletionofindoordecorationappropriately.Thelayingofthewoodandbamboosurfacecourseandthefreeaccessiblefloor,plasticboardandcarpetshallbecarriedoutafterthecompletionofthetrowelingconstructionofpipelinepressuretest.3.0.18Theinspectionoftheconstructionqualityofthebuildinggroundshallmeetwiththefollowingregulations:1. Fortheacceptanceoftheconstructionqualityofsub-itemproductofbasecourse(allstructurallayers)andeachkindofsurfacecourse,eachcourseoreachc
