2、及评分标准参看下表：考核册及学习档案内容所占分值评分标准学前记录卡5分是否按时完成；态度是否认真三张阶段性学习记录卡15分（每次5分）是否按时完成；态度是否认真三次作业75分（每次25分）是否按时完成；态度是否认真；完成的质量学习表现综合评价5分具体参看“学习表现记录表”学生所应做的1. 学生应根据自己的实际情况，认真、按时地完成本手册中的各项内容，并按老师规定的 时间上交手册。2. 做作业时，不参照书后所附练习答案，独立完成作业。教师所应做的1. 定期回收本考核册，批阅、评分，并及时返给学生。2. 通过记录卡和作业了解学生的学习过程以及对所学内容的掌握情况，对于本考核册所反映出的具有普遍性的
