2、界第一位，至2004年底，我国锌的地质保有储量为9,200万吨(其中A+B+C级3,300万吨)；2006年，查明锌矿资源储量9771万吨,其中基础储量为4227万吨, 占, 居世界第1位。 2、资源分布：几乎遍及全国。目前全国已探明的锌矿床778处，保有地质储量较多的省份有云南(25.68%)；甘肃和内蒙古(20%以上)； 其它如广西、湖南、广东、四川、河北等省区的锌矿资源储量也较丰富, 均在400万吨以上。,1.1 锌的资源、市场与生产-资源,1.1 锌的资源、市场与生产-资源,3、资源特点和开发利用总体条件 (1)特大型矿较少,大中型矿多。 大中型矿床占有的锌储量达88%。 (2)矿石中

3、铅少锌多。 铅锌比约为1：2.6; 而国外为1：1.2; (3)富矿少,贫矿多。 易选, 矿山铅锌品位之和多在510%之间, 大于10%品位的矿石仅占总储量的15%, 而国外矿山铅加锌大都在10%以上。 (4)硫化矿占绝大多数。 90%的储量为原生硫化矿矿石, 只有云南的兰坪、会泽, 广西的泅顶, 辽宁的柴河和陕西的铅恫山等少数几个氧化铅锌矿床。,1.1 锌的资源、市场与生产-资源,(4)矿石类型复杂。单一的铅或锌矿石类型少, 共伴生组分较多, 共伴生的有用元素高达十余种,主要有金、银、铜、锡、镉、硫、萤石及稀有稀散元素。(5)主要矿石类型。有铅锌矿石、铅锌铜矿石、铅锡矿石、铅锑矿石、铅锌锡锑

4、矿石、锌铜矿石等。 矿山外部基础设施较为完善，采矿及矿物加工水平已处于世界前列。,1.1 锌的资源、市场与生产-资源,4、主要含锌矿物及开采情况(1)含锌矿物。锌矿物大约有55种，其中有经济价值的约13种。最富含锌的锌矿物为闪锌矿(ZnS)，占锌总产量90%左右。重要的锌矿物还包括纤锌矿、异极矿、菱锌矿、水锌矿、红锌矿、硅锌矿等。(2)开采规模。我国2005年锌精矿产量达到271万吨，约占全球锌精矿产量的26.5%，是全球最大的锌矿产资源生产国，在全球锌矿产资源的配置中占有极其重要地位。 2006年锌精矿产量达到284.42万吨，,1.1 锌的资源、市场与生产-市场,表1、2004年2009年

9、场与生产-生产商简介1,1.1 锌的资源、市场与生产-生产商简介1,巴彦淖尔紫金有色金属股份有限公司。是紫金矿业控股的一个大型锌冶炼公司。 2004年开始筹建，2006年6月投产，设计产能10万吨，采用热酸浸出-低污染铁矾沉铁工艺。2008年开始扩建，现在产能达到20万吨/年。,1.1 锌的资源、市场与生产-生产商简介1,1.2 锌及其主要化合物的性质-金属锌,锌是白而略带蓝灰色的金属，原子量为65.37，Tm为419.05，Tb为906.97，常温下比重为7.133，800下的比重为6.22，锌有3种结晶状态：-Zn、-Zn和-Zn，其同质异性变化温度为443K和603K. 液态锌的蒸气压随

10、温度升高而迅速增大，到1179.97K时达到10132.5Pa，火法炼锌就是利用了锌的这一特点。 锌在干燥空气或氧气中很稳定，但在潮湿空气中形成碱式碳酸锌(ZnCO33Zn(OH)2)，这样可以防止锌进一步被腐蚀。熔融的锌能与铁形成化合物，可使钢铁免受腐蚀，镀锌工业利用了锌的这一特点。,1.2 锌及其主要化合物的性质-锌化合物,（1） ZnS ZnS是炼锌的主要原料，在自然界中以闪锌矿的形态存在。Tm:1923K，1473K下升华，在空气中753K下缓慢氧化，在873K已上时剧烈氧化。 ZnS + 3/2O2 = ZnO + SO2在1373K下，与CaO反应生成CaS和ZnOZnS + Ca

11、O = CaS + ZnO 硫化锌在酸中可氧化分解，目前利用这一点已研究开发了高压氧酸浸法处理硫化锌精矿的新工艺。 ZnS +H2SO4+1/ 2O2 = ZnSO4 + H2O+S,1.2 锌及其主要化合物的性质-锌化合物,（2） ZnO 无天然矿物。Tm:2273K，1473K下有微量升华，1673K时显著升华。ZnO可被C、CO和H2还原，其中被CO还原的反应在1073K下十分激烈：ZnO + CO = Zn(g) + CO2在823K(550)以上，与Fe2O3形成铁酸锌。（3） ZnSO4 无天然矿物。易溶于水，比重为3.474，受热分解，在1123K(850)左右温度下分解压达到1

12、0132.5Pa，ZnSO4 = ZnO + SO2 + 1/2O2在973K (700)以上温度时，易与Fe2O3生成铁酸锌，所以加速上述分解反应的进行。,1.2 锌及其主要化合物的性质-锌化合物,（4） ZnCl2 Tm:591K， Tb:1003K，773K(500)下显著升华，氯化锌的这一特点是挥发锌并得以富集的依据。氯化锌易溶于水。,1.3 锌的主要用途,（1） 钢材的镀锌方面，起防腐作用。 （2） 优良的合金，如做装饰品的铜锌合金(黄铜)， Cu- Sn-Zn形成的青铜，作为耐磨合金的 Cu-Sn-Pb-Zn合金。 （3）锌可以制造用于航天仪表上的Ag-Zn电池。 （4） 利用Zn

13、熔点低的特点，还可浇铸精密铸件。 （5） 锌在冶金工业中作为还原剂，化学工业中作为 制造颜料用的原材料。,1.3 锌的主要用途,1.4 炼锌原料,锌矿物的种类： 较常见的有：闪锌矿(ZnS)；磁闪锌矿(nZnSmFeS)；菱锌矿(ZnCO3)；硅锌矿(Zn2SiO4)；异极矿(ZnSiO4H2O)等。 自然界中较多的为硫化矿。锌的单金属硫化物非常少见，多与铜铅共生。其中最常见的有铅锌矿，其次为锌铜矿和铜铅锌矿。,1.4 炼锌原料,选矿后的硫化锌精矿含锌为3862%，Zn、Fe、S总和为9095%； 锌精矿中还含有SiO2、Al2O3、CaCO3和MgCO3等脉石成分； Cu、Cd、Co、In、

14、Ga、Ge、Tl、Ag等稀有金属。因此处理锌精矿提炼锌时，必须充分回收其中的有价金属。 除了含锌矿物之外，冶金工业中产生的含锌烟灰、熔铸锌时产出的浮渣和一些氧化锌，也可作为炼锌原料。,1.5 锌的提取方法,锌冶炼工艺以湿法冶炼为主，火法其次。 据2002年统计的全国锌产量中，湿法炼锌占70%，火法炼锌占30%。 火法中竖罐法占18%，ISP法约占9.5%，其余(包括电热法、平罐、马槽炉、马鞍炉和四方炉)约占2.5%。,1.5 锌的提取方法,（1） 火法炼锌方法 由硫化锌矿直接炼锌虽有可能，如：ZnS + Fe = Zn + FeS但在工业上还没有应用，因为还原硫化锌实际上在12001300才开

15、始，而此时精矿已熔化。 FeZn7 氧化锌比较容易还原，为此硫化锌精矿首先焙烧成氧化锌。焙烧矿与碳质还原剂混合装入密闭器皿加热到1100左右时，锌被还原出来，然后引入到冷凝器内冷凝为液体锌。 火法炼锌有鼓风炉、竖罐、平罐和电炉炼锌等方法。其中50年代投入使用的鼓风炉法(ISP法)，由于适合处理铅锌混合精矿，有了一定的发展，竖罐和平罐炼锌由于能耗高和污染环境等问题，几乎被淘汰。,1.5 锌的提取方法,图3-1 火法炼锌原则工艺流程图,1.5 锌的提取方法,（2） 湿法炼锌方法 湿法炼锌是第一次世界大战期间开始应用的。其本质是用稀硫酸(即废电解液)浸出焙烧矿中的锌，锌进入溶液后再以电解法从溶液中沉

16、积出来。 湿法炼锌可直接得到很纯的锌，不象火法蒸馏炼锌还需精炼。除此之外，操作所需劳动力较少，劳动条件也较好，只是电能消耗大。 总之，火法炼锌的前景远不如湿法炼锌好（？），湿法炼锌是当前的主导炼锌方法。 图3-2为湿法炼锌原则工艺流程图。,1.5 锌的提取方法,图3-2 湿法炼锌原则工艺流程图（1-回转窑）,1.6 锌冶金新方法新技术,目前开发的的炼锌新方法有硫化锌精矿的加压浸出、常压浸出、等离子体技术、喷吹炼锌和锌焙烧矿闪速还原等方法。其中硫化锌精矿的加压浸出和常压浸出方法是目前使用最多、污染最少的炼锌新方法。 在温度为150155，硫酸含量为6065%时高压浸出，锌的回收率达到9596%。
