1、年产5万吨挤压用铝合金圆铸锭项目总体概况一、 项目名称：年产50000吨挤压用铝合金圆铸锭二、项目投资：6000万元人民币三、项目概况：地处洛阳市西部，这里铝资源丰富，域内有河南万基铝业有限公司，年产电解铝19万吨，可为该项目提供充足的原料电解铝。该产品具有重量轻、强度高、抗腐蚀、易成型等良好的性能，广泛应用于建筑、包装、交通运输、印刷、电力、航空航天、汽车制造、石化等行业。该项目采用电解铝进行配料，燃气熔铝(保温炉)内进行熔炼、调温和静置。对直径178mm的圆铸锭气滑铸造技术，直径178mm的圆铸锭采用同水平热顶铸造。该项目设计年产铝合金圆铸锭50000吨，其中6061#圆铸锭20000吨，
