1、 党政领导干部论文：党政领导干部问责制执行过程中的困境与对策研究【中文摘要要】从20003年非非典刮起的的“问责风暴暴”,到各地地不断出台台的问责规规范,再到到20099年,中共共中央办公公厅、国务务院办公厅厅颁布的关关于实行党党政领导干干部问责的的暂行规定定,说明明了党和政政府在全速速推进党政政领导干部部问责制的的建立和健健全。随着着党政领导导干部问责责制在我国国不断的推推行,进行行党政领导导干部问责责制执行过过程中的困困境及其对对策思考成成为了一个个现实而又又紧迫的课课题。本文文以党政领领导干部问问责制执行行过程中出出现的困境境为研究对对象,采用用文献研究究法、比较较分析法、规规范研究法法
