1、企业陷入经营困境成因与对策企业陷入经营逆境的成因与对策 摘要 企业对于国家和社会发展的促进具有重要作用。它不仅数量众多，而且对于减轻就业压力，促进国民经济的发展，维护社会稳定，提高人民生活水同等方面均具有非常重要的意义。据统计，目前我国企业总数的百分之九十九是中小企业，但由于这些企业在发展中显露出较多问题，干脆制约了其的发展及壮大。 企业发展中存在的问题主要有：1、产品结构合理性不够；2、生产技术水平低下；3、企业员工素养不高；4、企业管理不规范等企业内部缘由及政治、经济、社会、技术等所处外部环境的缘由。本文基于我国企业陷入经营逆境的成因，分析及探讨如何摆脱企业经营逆境的对策，实现企业的可持续

2、发展。首先政府应为企业经营发展供应良好的外部环境，如加强规划管理，健全法制保障、大力扶持高新企业、加大财政扶持力度，建立面对企业的融资体系等，而企业自身也应加快发展建设，如建立现代企业制度、建立强而有力的管理机制、加强中小企业文化建设。总而言之,要持之以恒地落实科学的发展观，踊跃推动法规政策体系的建设，加大规模调整力度，不断提升企业自身自主创新的实力，改革经营发展模式，培育企业社会信息化服务体系，提高企业的自身素养，扩大对外的影响力，一步一步打开企业工作的新局面，促进国民经济好、快、稳的发展。 企业；经营逆境；成因对策；发展 Abstract Enterprises for the promo
