F B-16B-17 Correct lubrication of ball bearing screws is not only a must to achieve the calculated lifetime,but has also an influence on a quiet running, on temperature rise during the operation as well as on the no load torque. Fundamentally, the oils and grease m

28、atch those of ball final acceptance test at THOMSON will be performed with an oil ISO VG100. Ball bearing screws can also be lubricated with grease. In this case longer lubrication intervals are possible. Generally the use of CL- oils or the use alloyed CLP - oils with EP-additives increase the corr

29、osion prevention and the resistance to aging. The correct viscosity depends on the circumference speed(so diameter and revolution), the ambient-and/or. on the anticipated operating temperature. The amount of oil required per ball circle depends on the revolving speed and amounts at approx. 3 to 6cm

30、/h. At submerged lubrication it suffices when at horizontal installation the oil level is the center of the lowest ball. 粘度的确定请参考下表 To establish the viscosity please use the following diagram KGT63 X 10 平均速度average speed nm=200min-1 运行温度Operating temperature t=25 For the nominal diameter 63 mm and n

To guarantee a sufficient lubrication film at all working conditions, the highe

32、r value should be chosen, in this case ISO VG68, at long operating times eventually even higher. 34、even with the best wipers, a small quantity of grease from the nut escapes, and remains on the spindle. Therefore the grease supply decreases during the operation. Consequently the operation time of the ball bearing screw without re-lubrication is limited. To achieve the calculating lifetime L10 it

35、is therefore necessary, to either compensate the loss of grease through a central installation for lubrication or as a function of the application an adjusted lubrication plan. For manual re- lubrication an average value of 700 operating hours can be assumed. This indication varies largely as a func

36、tion of the machine construction and the application. Following the Walkpenetration greases are divided into NLGI-classes according to Din51818. Normally, for ball bearing screws,water resistant greases of class K2k20 (DIN51825)have to be used(operating temperature -20 to+120). In special cases grea

37、ses K1K-20 (at very high number of revolutions) and/or KP2K-20 (at high load and /or. low speed) are also possible. Avoid mixing greases of different saponification characteristics. At operating temperatures that are over or under the values indicate, a verification with the manufacturer is necessar

38、y. The grease quantity has to be defined, so that the cavities are approx.half full. Unnecessary temperature rise of the ball bearing screw by overgreasing is to be avoided by making sure that consumed grease or excess grease can escape. If the ball screw is vertically installed, a safety nut should

39、 be applied. This nut blocks the load in case the ball nut has been destroyed by excessive force. 40、是必要的。因此应采用中心润滑安装来补偿油损或调整润滑方式。手动润滑的平 均运行时间是700小时。这种手动润滑方式因机械构造及应用功能的不同而有所变化。 根据 Din51818,油脂的流动渗透性分别为NLGI级别。通常,耐水的K2K0(Din51825)级油脂必须用于滚珠丝杠。 (运行温度-20到+120)。在特殊情况下也可采用K1K-20和/或 KP2K-20 型油脂(高负载,低速度)。 避免具有不同皂化特征的油脂混合使用。当运行温度高于或低于指定值时,有必要与生产厂家联系解决。 必须确定认油脂质量,注油油位位于孔深的一半处。确保耗费的和多余的油脂及排除,以防因油脂过多导致不必要的升温。 润滑

42、 滚珠丝杠可在干燥的室内储存 6个月但应做到: 用Catrol DW36X安全涂层保护并与硅胶一起密封与 塑料袋内 1. 储存/包装Storage/Packaging Ball screws can be stored up to 6 months in dry rooms subject to: Preservation with Catrol Safecoat DW36X. Ball screws are sealed in a plastic bag together with silica gel. 2. 安装Installation 2.1 扣错会缩短寿命Misalignment r
