1、SECTION 1: REFORCEMENT 第一章:钢筋PART 1GENERAL第一节 总那么1.1SCOPE OF WORK 工作范围Materials and labours required for the complete installation of the work of this section, including furnishing and placing of reinforcing steel and related positioning.完成安装本局部工程所需的材料和劳动力,包括提供和设置钢筋和有关的定位。1.2STANDARDS 标准Except as ot

2、herwise specified herein, perform work in accordance with specifications, codes, and standards cited therein, and latest applicable addenda and supplements. In case of conflict between referenced specifications, most stringent requirement shall govern; and in ca

7、试验The Contractor shall submit manufacturers specifications and installation instructions for each item of proprietary material used, and shall confirm his intention to comply with such requirements.承包商应提交所用的每项专用材料的制造商标准和安装说明,并应确认承包商遵守此要求的意图。Submit to Engineers detailed Reinforcement Shop Drawings in

8、cluding cutting lists, bar bending schedule and erection drawings. 向监理工程师提交详细的钢筋加工图,包括切割表、钢筋弯曲表和安装图。Submit to Engineers prior to delivery of reinforcing steel certified mill test reports of reinforcing steel (including names and locations of mills and shops, and analyses of chemical and physical pro

9、perties), properly correlated to be used in this project. 在钢筋进场前向监理工程师提交钢筋的工厂鉴定试验报告包括工厂和车间的名称和地址,化学和物理性能分析,该报告应与工程使用精细关联。Tests will be required by the Engineers Representative on steel reinforcement and they shall be carried out in strict accordance with the provisions of the British Standards in Cl

10、ause 03900/1/1.02.监理工程师代表可以要求对钢筋进展试验,试验应按照英国标准第条的规定严格执行。Tensile tests providing information on elastic limit, ultimate strength, and stress-strain curve will be required from each delivery of reinforcement and measurements will also be required of cross-sectional area, weight per unit length, deform

11、ation and bend / re-bend characteristics of deformed bars. Chemical composition analysis shall be performed for each bar size. 要求对每次进场的钢筋进展张拉试验,提供有关弹性范围、极限强度和应力-应变曲线。同时,需要对变形钢筋的截面积、单位长度的重量、变形和弯曲/再弯曲特征进展量测。对每种钢筋尺寸应进展化学成分分析。The Contractor shall allow for the following testing procedure : 承包商应考虑以下试验程序a

14、liveries to be sub divided into test units with a maximum mass of 100 tons each or of products of the same nominal diameter from the same cast as directed by the Engineer. 按照监理工程师的指示将进场的钢筋细分为最大质量为100吨的试验单位或者细分成同一铸件的同一直径的产品。One set of test results for each bar size shall be submitted to the Engineers

15、 Representative. Remaining tests will be carried out at the discretion of the Engineers Representative. 在混凝土工程现场开工前,向监理工程师代表提交每种钢筋尺寸的一套试验结果。Where any test results do not confirm to the values laid down in the above standards, the defective materials shall be removed from the site. 当试验结果不符合上述标准中规定的数值

16、时,有缺陷的材料应从现场去除。Submit to Engineer, manufacturers and/or suppliers and/or installers affidavit stating that material or product provided complies with Contract Documents. 应向监理工程师提交制造商和/或供给商和/或安装商的宣誓书。该宣誓书应说明提供的材料或产品符合合同文件。PART 2 PRODUCTS 第二节 产品2.1MATERIAL 材料High yield steel reinforcing bars used for

17、the work shall have a minimum yield stress of 460 N/mm2 (Hot Rolled) complying to BS 4449. 用于工程的高屈服钢筋根据BS4449应具有最小屈服应力460 N/mm2热轧。Mild steel reinforcement shall be of plain round bars with minimum yield stress of 250 N/mm2. 低炭钢筋应该是光圆钢筋,其最小屈服应力为250 N/mm2.Welded Wire Fabric shall conform to BS 4483. 焊

Cold-worked steel bars shall not be used as lifting hooks. 吊钩钢筋不得使用冷加工钢筋材料。Couplers of reinforcement are to be of the lapping type, and used on all bars on members where shown on the drawings. 钢筋连接采用搭接式;应按照图纸所示对构件的所有钢筋使用搭接连接。 Flash weld can be used in the connection works, and shall f

19、ollow BS4449. 钢筋连接可采用闪光焊,并要符合标准4449中的相关规定。2.2FABRICATION 钢筋加工2.2.1General: Fabricate reinforcing bars to conform to required shapes and dimensions, with fabrication tolerances complying with BS 4466. I 总那么:按照所需形状和尺寸加工钢筋,加工公差符合BS4466。2.2.2Handling: Bending, placing, spacing and splicing of steel shal

20、l comply in all cases with the requirements of BS 4466. 处理:钢筋的弯曲、设置、间距和搭接应符合BS4466的要求。2.2.3Unacceptable Materials: Reinforcement with any of the following defects will not be permitted in the Work: 不可承受的材料: 如果钢筋有以下一种情况,它就不能用于工程。a)Bar lengths, depths, and bends exceeding specified fabrication toleran

21、ces. 钢筋长度、厚度和弯曲超过规定的加工公差。b)Bends or kinks not required by the Work. 工程不需要的弯曲或纽结c)Bars with reduced cross-section due to excessive resting or other cause. 钢筋由于过度不用或其他原因导致截面变小。PART 3 EXECUTION 第三节 实施3.1VERIFICATION OF CONDITIONS 核实条件Examine work prepared by other trades to receive work of this section

22、 and report any defects affecting installation to the Contractor for correction. Commencement of work will be construed as complete acceptance of preparatory work by others.检查其他行业准备的工作,承受本局部的工作,并将影响安装的所有缺陷向承包商汇报以便改正。工程开工可理解为完全承受他人所做的准备工作。3.2PLACING OF REINFORCEMENT 钢筋的安装The Contractor shall supply a

23、nd incorporate in the work all such steel reinforcement including tie wire, support and spacer bars, all to the satisfaction of the Engineers Representative. 承包商应完全按照监理工程师代表的要求提供和在工程中采用所有的钢筋,包括连接铁丝、支撑钢筋和定位钢筋等等。The Contractor may substitute alternative bar sizes bundled as necessary than those shown

24、on the drawings. The Contractor to provide calculations showing the substituted bar diameters meet all requirements of area, bond, of BS 8110 to the Engineers Representative for his approval. 承包商可以使用可选择性钢筋尺寸来替换图纸上显示的钢筋尺寸。承包商应向监理工程师代表提供说明代替的钢筋尺寸符合BS8110的面积和粘结要求的计算书供其批准。Reinforcement shall be continuo

25、us through construction joints unless otherwise indicated on drawings. 除非图纸上另有规定,钢筋穿过施工缝处应是连续的. Splices shall be set up in such location where the stress is low and the number of splices shall not more than two in one longitudinal reinforcement. 钢筋的接头宜设在受力较弱处,同一纵向受力钢筋不宜设置两个或两个以上接头。 Splices of adjace

26、nt bars shall be staggered with each other in the same structural members, and shall satisfy with the least ratio of lapping ,同一构件中相邻纵向受力钢筋的接头宜相互错开,且要满足接头百分率要求。The splice lengths of all reinforcing bars which have to be spliced shall, unless otherwise shown on the drawings, be in conformity with the

27、 following: 除非图纸上另有规定,所有钢筋的搭接长度应符合以下:Plain round bars光圆钢筋60 x Bar Dia Minimum 最小60倍钢筋直径Deformed bars变形钢筋50 x Bar Dia Minimum最小50倍钢筋直径Fabric钢丝(300 mm minimum, but overlap measured between outermost wires of each sheet no less than pitch of secondary). 最小300毫米,Spliced bars are to be securely tied toge

28、ther. 搭接钢筋应结实地连接在一起。Splices to be staggered to the approval of the Engineers Representative, and the fabric is to be securely tied layer to layer. 钢筋搭接错开应得到监理工程师代表的批准。钢丝应分层结实地连接在一起。All steel, before being placed in position, shall be thoroughly cleaned of loose rust, scale and any other coating that

29、 will destroy or reduce bond. 在安装到位所有钢筋之前,应彻底去除毁坏或降低黏结的松散的锈蚀、水垢和其他涂层。All reinforcement shall be placed accurately in a position and securely fastened in place to prevent displacement during the placing of the concrete. 所有钢筋应正确安装到位,并结实地固定以防止在浇筑混凝土过程中移动。Before concrete is cast, check all reinforcement

30、 after it is placed to ensure that reinforcement conforms to Contract Documents and approved shop drawings. 在浇筑混凝土之前,检查所有安装的钢筋,确保钢筋符合合同文件和批准的加工图。Unless shown on the drawings concrete cover to all reinforcement shall be a minimum as follows: 除非图纸上规定,所有钢筋的混凝土保护层最小应如下:Suspended Slabs Solid悬吊的实心板-30mm /

31、 25mmSuspended Slabs Waffle悬吊格子板-底部35mm bottom, 顶部25mm topSuspended Beams悬吊梁 -40mmColumns柱子-40mm / 60mm undergroundFoundations & Subsoil Structures根底和底土构造 - 距模板50mm against formwork3.3JOINTS IN CONCRETE 混凝土接缝3.3.1Construction joints shall be located as required, or as certified by the Engineers Repr

32、esentative. 按需要或按照监理工程师代表的鉴定,设置施工缝。a)Joints in walls and column shall be at the underside of floor slabs, beams or girders and at the tops of footings. 墙和柱子的接缝应设置在楼板、梁的下面和根底的上面。b)Joints in slabs and beams perpendicular to the main reinforcement shall occur as shown on details. 垂直于主筋的板和梁的接缝应按照细部图所示设置

33、。C All reinforcing steel and mesh shall be continued across joints.所有钢筋和钢筋网在接缝处应当是连续的。3.4INSPECTION 验收Reinforcing steel in place will be inspected by the Engineers Representative. Do not pour concrete until the reinforcing steel has been certified by the Engineers Representative. 监理工程师代表将验收安装的钢筋。只有当监理工程师代表鉴定了安装的钢筋时,才能浇筑混凝土。
