1、合同协议 下载后可自行编辑包机运输协议书 编号：（以下简称包机人）为包用飞机与中国民用航空售票服务处（以下简称承运人）签订本协议书，双方同意遵守下列条款：（一）包机人于月日起包用型飞机架次，其航程如下：月日 自至，停留日月日 自至，停留日月日 自至，停留日包机费用总共元。（二）根据包机航程及经停站。可供包机人使用的最大载量为公斤（内座位）。如因气象原因或其他特殊原因需要增加空勤人员或燃料时，载量照减。（三）包机吨位如包机人未充分利用时，空余吨位得由民航利用，包机人不得利用空余吨位，自行载运非本单位的客货。（四）承运人除因气象、政府禁令等原因外，应依期飞行。（五）包机人签订本协议书后，要求取消包
