1、家电产品标志和说明指导手册宁波检验检疫局机电处审核电气安全检测中心（余姚实验室）供稿2008年4月15日（内部资料 仅供参考）前 言铭牌、说明书、警告语、图示符号等一些标志和说明是家电产品安全标准要求的重要内容之一。而在对实际出口家电产品的检验检测中发现，铭牌、说明书、警告语、图示符号等显示不规范、不全面甚至错误的现象屡见不鲜。严重地影响着我出口家电产品的整体质量与形象。为了全面提高我出口家电产品的铭牌、说明书、警告语、图示符号等同相应标准要求的符合率，机电处组织相关专家，针对宁波地区的出口电气产品特点，把IEC国际标准中关于铭牌、说明书、警告语、图示符号等方面的要求按具体产品种类进行提炼归纳

2、，汇编成一个可以速查的手册，供系统的检验员和企业的技术人员使用。此次发布的是家电产品标志和说明指导手册，共计26项标准，采用中英文对照，分别对铭牌标志、器具上的警告语、说明书中必须有的内容、图形符号等内容详细归类，搜集到的IEC标准截止到2007年版本。今后将扩展到电动工具、灯具等其他产品，并根据标准更新的要求动态进行修改，公布；检测标准也将逐步扩展到EN、UL等其他进口国的标准。序号标准与版本产品铭牌标志器具警告语说明书中必须有的内容图形符号等1 家用和类似用途电器通用要求IEC60335-1：2001+A1：2004+A2：2006 通用要求以下产品适用：跑步机爆米花机豆芽机超声波清洗机捕

3、蝇机净水机 A7.1额定电压或额定电压范围(单位:V)；电源性质的符号，标有额定频率（Hz）的除外；额定输人功率(单位:W 或kW)或额定电流(单位:A)；制造厂或责任承销商的名称、商标或识别标记；器具型号、系列号；7.2用多种电源供电的驻立式器具：（该警告语必须位于接线端子罩盖附近）Warning: Before obtaining access to terminals, all supply circuits must be disconnected.警告： 在接近接线端子前，必须切断所有的供电电路。1)7.12This appliance is not intended for use

4、 by persons (including children) with reduced physical,sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.Children should be supervised to ensure that the

Instructions for the safe refilling of the water reservoir shall be given (for pressuriz

20、ed steam irons); the iron must only be used with the stand provided (for cordless irons); the iron is not intended for regular use (for travel irons); the iron must be used and rested on a stable surface; when placing the iron on its stand, ensure that the surface on which the stand is placed is sta

22、支架所在的平面平稳可靠； 如电熨斗跌落过，或有可见的损坏迹象，或正在漏水，电熨斗不能使用。器具应标记额定功率。独立支架应标出：制造厂或责任承销商的名称、商标或识别标记。支架的型号或类型。无绳电熨斗的支架应标出：额定电压或额定电压范围。额定输入功率。5驻立式电灶、灶台、烤炉与类似用途器具的特殊要求IEC60335-2-6:2002A1:2004家用驻立式电灶灶台烤炉家电通用要求A项；适用时B项。电磁灶头的总额定输人功率或总额定电流也应标出。适用时，家电通用要求的7.2条 家电通用要求1)项；适用时2)-9)项。适用时，家电通用要求的7.6条-7.11条灶台的触摸控制器的断开位置应用“O”指示，接

23、通位置应用“1”指示。如果灶台没有触摸控制器，则该要求适用于每个灶头的触摸控制器。如果同样的触摸控制器用作开关通断，可以使用IEC60417-1的符号5010。电磁灶台的使用说明中，应含下述内容:Metallic objects such as knives, forks, spoons and lids should not be placedon the hob surface since they can get hot.金属物体如刀、叉、勺和盖不应放在灶台表面，因为它们可能变热。电灶的使用说明书应含下述内容:During use the appliance becomes hot. 38、ISO3864-1的规定是适用的适用时，家电通用要求的7.2条 家电通用要求1)项；适用时2)-9)项。适用时，家电通用要求的7.6条-7.11条增加： IEC60417-1中5574符号（在打开的水笼头清洗的符号）IEC60417-1中5582符号（在浴室和淋浴房使用的符号）7.14增加：叠加在IEC60417-1中5574、5582符号矩形框的高度至少为7mm。 动物理发剪的使用说明书应指明器具仅用于修剪毛发的目的。 如果使用IEC60417-1中5574、5582符号，应解释其意思。除了可清洗剃须刀和湿式剃须刀的剃须刀说明书，应包含以下内容： WARNING: Keep the appl
