1、 贵重物品房管理制度目的:保证客人贵重物品的安全存放,规范管理制度.方便客人贵重物品的寄存及提高我们自身的高效优质服务.1. 钥匙的使用和管理(1)当班人员保管好贵重物品房钥匙,不得私自交给他人使用。钥匙若出现损坏交给上级管理人员并申请重新发放一把,不得私自复制钥匙若有必要需要上级申请。(2)每个班次的大堂副理及相关人员都要做好钥匙的交接工作,并明确保险柜的使用情况及钥匙的去向。2. 相关管理程序和具体制度要求(1)保管箱的启用当住店客人提出要求酒店代为保管贵重物品时,应启用安全保管箱,其工作程序如下:问候客人,向客人表示欢迎。查核客人的住房卡,已确认是否住店客人。取出安全保管箱记录卡,将内容

2、逐项填写,请客人签字,同时,在电脑上查看房号与客人填写的是否一致。向客人介绍规定和注意事项。取出保管箱,请客人存入贵重物品.当着客人的面用两钥匙将保管箱锁好,一把客用钥匙交给客人保管,总钥匙由接待员保管,并礼貌地提醒客人注意其钥匙的保管与安全。向客人道别。将填好的记录卡正卡放入纸袋里,标上箱号、客人姓名、房号保存在规定的器物内。(2)中途开箱客人存入物品后,如要求再次使用保管箱时,工作程序如下:问候客人,向客人表示欢迎。请客人出示保管箱钥匙,然后,取出安全保管箱记录卡副卡,请客人逐向填写,签字。取出其填写过的正卡,巧妙而又仔细地核对客人的签字。(3)贵重物品一律要专门登记、编号,落实保管责任人

3、(4)贵重物品不得存放在无防盗措施的地方。凡集中存放高档物品的库室应做到设施防、技防齐全。(5)禁止易燃,易爆物品的寄存,在贵重物品房严禁吸烟打闹等不文明行为。(6)我们不提供长期的贵重物品寄存,非长住客我们超过一个星期就会致电寄物人过来领取。(7)未着制服严禁进入贵重物品房。(8)定期检查保险柜和其他相关的贵重物品保管器材,保证器材的正常功能.Valuables room management systemPurpose: To ensure the safety of guests valuables stored, standardized management system.
